### Define Constrained Pendulum System

Source: https://context7.com/zymplectic/zymplectic-project/llms.txt

Example of defining a holonomic constraint function for a pendulum system.

```c
// Example: Constrained pendulum system
// Constraint: x^2 + y^2 = L^2 (fixed length)
// Define constraint function
void constraint(double *out, double *q, double t) {
    double L = 1.0;  // pendulum length
    out[0] = q[0]*q[0] + q[1]*q[1] - L*L;
}
// The integrator automatically enforces constraints
// while preserving symplectic structure
```

### Run Zymplectic Application

Source: https://context7.com/zymplectic/zymplectic-project/llms.txt

Command to launch the Zymplectic GUI on Windows.

```bash
# 1. Download Zymplectic (bundled with clang or gcc)
# 2. Extract files to a folder
# 3. Run the application
Zymplectic.exe
# 4. Open an example or create your own Hamiltonian system using templates
```

### Event Handling and Interaction

Source: https://context7.com/zymplectic/zymplectic-project/llms.txt

Functions and controls for managing simulation events and user interaction.

```c
// Event and interaction functions
Z.OnDrawAdd(...);       // Add custom draw callback (supports multiple trails)
// Interactive features
// - Spacebar: Pause/resume simulation
// - Mouse: 3D mouseX/Y detection (since v0.9.5)
// - Speed toggle for simulation rate control
// - GUI sliders for parameter adjustment
```

Available drawing functions for visualizing simulations in 2D and 3D.

```c
// Graphics drawing functions available in Zymplectic
draw.sphere(x, y, z, radius);      // 3D sphere primitive
draw.spheres(...);                  // Multiple spheres (optimized)
draw.trackb(...);                   // Track variant
draw.linesize(size);                // Set line width
draw.depth(...);                    // Depth control
draw.rgb(r, g, b);                  // Set RGB color
draw.cam(...);                      // Camera control
### Define Separable Hamiltonian System
Source: https://context7.com/zymplectic/zymplectic-project/llms.txt
Implementation of kinetic and potential energy gradients for a separable Hamiltonian system.
```c
// Example: Defining a separable Hamiltonian system
// H = T(p) + V(q) where T is kinetic and V is potential energy

// Kinetic energy gradient (dT/dp)
void dTdp(double *out, double *p, double *q, double t) {
    out[0] = p[0];  // Simple case: T = p^2/2
    out[1] = p[1];
}

// Potential energy gradient (dV/dq)
void dVdq(double *out, double *p, double *q, double t) {
    out[0] = q[0];  // Simple harmonic: V = q^2/2
    out[1] = q[1];
}
