### Configure ZPA provider with legacy API authentication

Source: https://github.com/zscaler/terraform-aws-zpa-app-connector-modules/blob/master/README.md

Configures the ZPA provider using the legacy API framework. Requires zpa_client_id, zpa_client_secret, and zpa_customer_id. Set zpa_cloud only for non-production clouds (BETA, GOV, GOVUS, ZPATWO). Set use_legacy_client to true if the tenant is not migrated to Zidentity.

```hcl
provider "zpa" {
  zpa_client_id            = "zpa_client_id" # pragma: allowlist secret
  zpa_client_secret        = "zpa_client_secret" # pragma: allowlist secret
  zpa_customer_id          = "zpa_client_secret" # pragma: allowlist secret
  zpa_cloud                = "zpa_cloud" # pragma: allowlist secret
  use_legacy_client        = "true" # pragma: allowlist secret
}
```
