Formula used to determine the ranking for Pirate and Carebear Corporations based on pilot security status and member count.

Description:
  Calculates a corporation's ranking score by averaging the security status of all its pilots and multiplying it by the logarithm of the total number of pilots.
Parameters:
  sec_status: The security status of an individual pilot.
  memberCount: The total number of pilots in the corporation.
Returns:
  A numerical score representing the corporation's ranking.
