### Full install: download and run skill.sh

Source: https://github.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser/blob/main/SKILL.md

Recommended full installation that downloads the install script, reviews it, and runs it. The script installs the skill, MCP, and health check. Never blind-pipe a network script; review first.

```bash
# Download, review, then run — never blind-pipe a network script
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser/main/skill.sh -o skill.sh
less skill.sh          # read it before running
bash skill.sh
```

--------------------------------

### Quick start: hosted and self-hosted setup

Source: https://github.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser/blob/main/docs/release-v0.2.0.md

Commands to try the hosted MCP server or build and run the self-hosted version. The self-hosted build takes about 4 minutes and runs on port 8089.

```bash
# Hosted (no install)
claude mcp add aginxbrowser --transport http https://browser.aginx.net/mcp
# Self-hosted
git clone https://github.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser.git && cd aginxbrowser
cargo build --release --features stealth,screenshot   # ~4 min
./target/release/aginxbrowser                          # :8089
```

--------------------------------

### Install dependencies and run dev server with patch

Source: https://github.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser/blob/main/dsh-aginxbrowser/README.md

Run pnpm install and then start the DSH web UI with the overlay patch applied. The Web UI will be available at 127.0.0.1:3080.

```bash
pnpm i
pnpm dsh web --patch ./cordis.yml   # Web UI at 127.0.0.1:3080
```

--------------------------------

### One-line installer with review

Source: https://github.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser/blob/main/docs/install.md

Downloads the install script, reviews it, then runs it. Never blind-pipe a network script.

```bash
# Download, review, then run — never blind-pipe a network script
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser/main/install.sh -o install.sh
less install.sh
bash install.sh
```

--------------------------------

### Self-hosting with curl and aginxbrowser

Source: https://github.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser/blob/main/dsh-aginxbrowser/README.md

Install the single static binary via curl and run the server bound to 127.0.0.1:8788. After starting, set baseUrl to http://127.0.0.1:8788.

```bash
curl -fsSL https://browser.aginx.net/install.sh | sh   # single static binary
aginxbrowser --bind 127.0.0.1:8788
```

--------------------------------

### Self-hosting installation options

Source: https://github.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser/blob/main/README.md

Self-hosting options: Homebrew install, Docker run, prebuilt binary install, and building from source. All require the `stealth` and `screenshot` features; the prebuilt binary includes them from v0.4.0. The install script should be inspected before running.

```bash
brew install yinnho/aginxbrowser/aginxbrowser
aginxbrowser doctor   # features + fonts + egress self-check
```

```bash
docker run -p 8089:8089 yinnho/aginxbrowser:latest
# (or ghcr.io/yinnho/aginxbrowser:latest)
```

```bash
# Or the prebuilt binary (platform detect + sha256 + mirror fallback + doctor self-check)
# macOS / Linux / Windows (git-bash; prebuilt Windows ships from v0.3.1, full `stealth`+`screenshot` feature set from v0.4.0)
# Cautious: download -> inspect -> run (never blind-run network scripts)
curl -fsSL https://browser.aginx.net/install.sh -o install.sh
less install.sh && bash install.sh
# Or straight in, if you trust the repo:
#   curl -fsSL https://browser.aginx.net/install.sh | sh
# GitHub slow/blocked? AGINXBROWSER_GH_PROXY=https://ghfast.top/ bash install.sh
aginxbrowser doctor   # features + fonts + egress self-check
```

```bash
# Or build from source (--features stealth,screenshot or you lose both)
cargo build --release --features stealth,screenshot
```

--------------------------------

### One-line MCP setup for Claude Code

Source: https://github.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser/blob/main/web/index.html

Commands to connect Claude Code to AginxBrowser via MCP. Includes hosted endpoint, one-command skill install, and skill trigger surface installation.

```bash
# Hosted instance — connect straight to the public endpoint:
claude mcp add aginxbrowser \
  --transport http https://browser.aginx.net/mcp
# Or one-command skill + MCP install (lets the agent trigger it itself):
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser/main/skill.sh | bash
# Or install the skill trigger surface via skills.sh (MCP still registers separately):
npx skills add yinnho/aginxbrowser
```

--------------------------------

### Reproduce benchmark: build and run scripts

Source: https://github.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser/blob/main/bench/README.md

Commands to build the release binary with stealth and screenshot features, run the benchmark (~15 min), and summarize results into a table. The server is started fresh per run with AGINXBROWSER_CACHE_TTL_SECS=0 to avoid cached fetches.

```bash
cargo build --release --features stealth,screenshot
python3 bench/run.py                       # ~15 min, all scenarios
python3 bench/summarize.py                 # prints the table from the newest TSV
```

--------------------------------

### Build from source

Source: https://github.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser/blob/main/docs/install.md

Clones the repository, builds with the stealth and screenshot features, and runs the resulting binary. The build takes about 4 minutes.

```bash
git clone https://github.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser.git
cd aginxbrowser
cargo build --release --features stealth,screenshot   # ~4 minutes
./target/release/aginxbrowser                          # listens on 0.0.0.0:8089 by default
```

--------------------------------

### Build and start AginxBrowser

Source: https://github.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser/blob/main/docs/integrations.md

Builds the release binary with the stealth and screenshot features, then starts the service. The service listens on 0.0.0.0:8089 by default; use --cdp-port 9223 for a loopback-bound agent-tooling entry.

```bash
cargo build --release --features stealth,screenshot
./target/release/aginxbrowser
# → Listening on 0.0.0.0:8089
# Local agent-tooling entry instead: aginxbrowser --cdp-port 9223 (loopback bind)
```

--------------------------------

### GET /session/{id}/cookies

Source: https://github.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser/blob/main/README.md

### One-command full install via skill.sh

Source: https://github.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser/blob/main/README.md

Downloads the skill.sh script, inspects it with less, then runs it. The source warns to never blind-run network scripts and to review the contents before executing.

```bash
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/yinnho/aginxbrowser/main/skill.sh -o skill.sh
less skill.sh
bash skill.sh
```
