### Starting Docker Containers (Foreground)

Source: https://github.com/ying-ck/fanqienovel-downloader/blob/main/README.md

This command builds the Docker image (if not built) and starts the container(s) defined in the `docker-compose.yaml` file. It runs in the foreground, showing container logs directly in the terminal. Ensure you are in the project's root directory.

```bash
docker compose up
```

--------------------------------

### Installing lxml with Flags (Termux)

Source: https://github.com/ying-ck/fanqienovel-downloader/blob/main/README.md

This command installs the `lxml` library specifically for Termux, using the `CFLAGS="-O0"` environment variable. This flag might be necessary to prevent compilation errors during the installation process on some Termux setups.

```bash
CFLAGS="-O0" pip install lxml
```

--------------------------------

### Installing Python Dependencies for Web Version

Source: https://github.com/ying-ck/fanqienovel-downloader/blob/main/README.md

This command installs the required Python libraries for the web version of the downloader from the `requirements.txt` file. Ensure you are in the project directory and have activated a virtual environment (optional but recommended) before running.

```bash
pip install -r requirements.txt
```

--------------------------------

### Starting Docker Containers (Detached)

Source: https://github.com/ying-ck/fanqienovel-downloader/blob/main/README.md

This command builds the Docker image (if not built) and starts the container(s) defined in the `docker-compose.yaml` file in detached mode, running in the background. Use `docker compose logs` to view output later. Ensure you are in the project's root directory.

```bash
docker compose up -d
```

--------------------------------

### Running Python Web Server

Source: https://github.com/ying-ck/fanqienovel-downloader/blob/main/README.md

This command starts the web server component of the downloader. Navigate to the `src` directory within the project before execution. Follow the instructions printed in the console to access the web interface via your browser, typically at `http://localhost:12930`.

```bash
python server.py
```

--------------------------------

### Installing Python Libraries for Termux Mobile Version

Source: https://github.com/ying-ck/fanqienovel-downloader/blob/main/README.md

This command installs the necessary Python libraries (`requests`, `ebooklib`, `tqdm`, `beautifulsoup4`) required for the mobile version of the downloader running in Termux. Ensure pip is configured correctly before running.

```bash
pip install requests ebooklib tqdm beautifulsoup4
```

--------------------------------

### Updating Termux Packages

Source: https://github.com/ying-ck/fanqienovel-downloader/blob/main/README.md

These commands update the list of available packages and then upgrade the installed packages in Termux. It's recommended after changing sources or periodically to ensure packages are up-to-date.

```bash
apt update && apt upgrade
```

--------------------------------

### Setting Termux Pip Index

Source: https://github.com/ying-ck/fanqienovel-downloader/blob/main/README.md

This command configures pip in Termux to use a specific index URL (Tsinghua University mirror) for downloading Python packages. This can improve download speeds for `pip install` commands.

```bash
pip config set global.index-url https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
```

--------------------------------

### Running Mobile Python Script (Termux)

Source: https://github.com/ying-ck/fanqienovel-downloader/blob/main/README.md

This command executes the main Python script (`ref_main.py`) for the mobile version of the downloader within the Termux environment. Ensure you are in the correct directory containing the script.

```bash
python ref_main.py
```

--------------------------------

### Changing Termux APT Source

Source: https://github.com/ying-ck/fanqienovel-downloader/blob/main/README.md

This command modifies the Termux package repository source list to use a mirror (Tsinghua University mirror in this case) for potentially faster downloads. It uses `sed` to find and replace the default stable main source line.

```bash
sed -i 's@^(.*deb.*stable main)$@#\1\ndeb https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/termux/apt/termux-main stable main@' $PREFIX/etc/apt/sources.list
```
