Install the command-line tool from Cargo. After installation, use 'wsrx' directly without the desktop application.

### scrollbar_preview API and ScrollbarPreview struct

Defines the backend contract for the scrollbar preview. The backend receives a row window in its own indexing and returns a strip with geometry and one line per preview row. Must return at most row_window.len() lines and not parse beyond the window; empty lines hide the preview.

### macOS: Remove quarantine attribute from app

Run this command before using the desktop app on macOS. Apple Developer requirements are not met, so manual removal of the quarantine attribute is necessary.
