### Python Script for Parsing Markdown

Source: https://github.com/wshuyi/x-article-publisher-skill/blob/main/README.md

This Python script is responsible for parsing markdown content to extract specific information, such as the `block_index` for image insertion. It's a key component in managing content structure.

```python
# Placeholder for parse_markdown.py content
# This script would typically read markdown, identify image tags or specific markers,
# and extract the block_index attribute.
import re
def extract_block_index(markdown_content):
    # Example: find image tags with block_index attribute
    images = re.findall(r'!.*?block_index=(d+)', markdown_content)
    return [int(idx) for idx in images]
# Example usage:
# markdown_text = "... ![alt text](./images/image.jpg?block_index=5) ..."
# indices = extract_block_index(markdown_text)
# print(indices)
```
