Construct a URL to query the geoBoundaries API for the most up-to-date boundaries. Replace [3-LETTER-ISO-CODE] with an ISO code or "ALL" and [ADM-LEVEL] with an administrative level or "ALL". Replace "gbOpen" with "gbAuthoritative" or "gbHumanitarian" to filter results.
