### Initialize and Launch Mono Connect Widget in JavaScript

Source: https://github.com/withmono/vanilla-javascript-for-mono-connect/blob/master/index.html

This snippet shows how to set up the Mono Connect widget with custom callbacks for success and closure. It includes a utility function to copy text to the clipboard and an event listener to open the widget when a button is clicked. The `onSuccess` callback captures the authentication code, while `onClose` logs a message.

```javascript
const copyToClipboard = text => {
  const elm = document.createElement('textarea');
  elm.value = text;
  document.body.appendChild(elm);
  elm.select();
  document.execCommand('copy');
  document.body.removeChild(elm);
};
var connect;
var config = {
  key: "YOUR_PUBLIC_KEY_HERE",
  onSuccess: function (response) {
    copyToClipboard(response.code);
    console.log(JSON.stringify(response));
    alert(JSON.stringify(response));
    /* response : { "code": "code_xyz" } you can send this code back to your server to get this authenticated account and start making requests. */
  },
  onClose: function () {
    console.log('user closed the widget.');
  }
};
connect = new Connect(config);
connect.setup();
var launch = document.getElementById('launch-btn');
launch.onclick = function (e) {
  connect.open();
};
```

### Clone Mono Connect Repository using Git

Source: https://github.com/withmono/vanilla-javascript-for-mono-connect/blob/master/README.md

Demonstrates how to clone the Mono Connect JavaScript repository from GitHub using Git. This is the initial step to set up the project locally for integration.

```git
git clone https://github.com/withmono/Vanilla-javascript-for-mono-connect.git
```

```git
git clone git@github.com:withmono/Vanilla-javascript-for-mono-connect.git
```

### Configure Mono Connect Widget with JavaScript

Source: https://github.com/withmono/vanilla-javascript-for-mono-connect/blob/master/README.md

Shows how to configure the Mono Connect widget in `index.html`. It includes setting the public key, defining callback functions for success and close events, and handling the authentication response object.

```javascript
var config = {
    key: "YOUR_PUBLIC_KEY_HERE", // enter your public key here
    scope:"auth",
    onSuccess: function (response) {
      copyToClipboard(response.code);
      console.log(JSON.stringify(response));
      alert(JSON.stringify(response));
      /**
       response : { "code": "code_xyz" }
       you can send this code back to your server to get this
       authenticated account and start making requests.
       */
    },
    onClose: function () {
      console.log('user closed the widget.')
    }
  };
