### getAttributePSVI

Source: https://xerces.apache.org/xerces2-j/javadocs/xerces2/org/apache/xerces/parsers/AbstractSAXParser.html

Provides AttributePSVI given the index of an attribute information item in the current element's attribute list. The method must be called by an application while in the scope of the methods which report the start and end of an element at a point where the attribute list is available. For example, for SAX the method must be called while in the scope of the document handler's startElement call. If the method is called outside of the specified scope, the return value is undefined.

**Parameters:**
* `localPart` - local part of the `QName`

### `public QName(String namespaceURI, String localPart)`

Constructs a `QName` specifying the Namespace URI and local part. The prefix defaults to `XMLConstants.DEFAULT_NS_PREFIX`.

**Parameters:**
* `namespaceURI` - Namespace URI of the `QName`
* `localPart` - local part of the `QName`

### `public QName(String namespaceURI, String localPart, String prefix)`

Constructs a `QName` specifying the Namespace URI, local part, and prefix.

**Parameters:**
* `namespaceURI` - Namespace URI of the `QName`
* `localPart` - local part of the `QName`

```APIDOC
## startDocument()
### Description
Adapts a SAX1 start document event. This is an adapter implementation method and should not be called directly by the user.
### Method
void
### Throws
- `SAXException` - The client may raise a processing exception.
Provides details on how to instantiate the XPointerParserConfiguration class.
```APIDOC
## XPointerParserConfiguration Constructors

### Description
Constructors for creating an instance of XPointerParserConfiguration.

### Constructors

- **XPointerParserConfiguration()**: Default constructor.
- **XPointerParserConfiguration(SymbolTable symbolTable)**: Constructs a parser configuration using the specified symbol table.
- **XPointerParserConfiguration(SymbolTable symbolTable, XMLGrammarPool grammarPool)**: Constructs a parser configuration using the specified symbol table and grammar pool.
- **XPointerParserConfiguration(SymbolTable symbolTable, XMLGrammarPool grammarPool, XMLComponentManager parentSettings)**: Constructs a parser configuration using the specified symbol table, grammar pool, and parent settings.
```
### Get Error Listener
Source: https://xerces.apache.org/xerces2-j/javadocs/api/javax/xml/transform/TransformerFactory.html
Gets the error event handler for the TransformerFactory. This listener is used for handling errors during the processing of transformation instructions.
```java
abstract ErrorListener
 getErrorListener()
 Get the error event handler for the TransformerFactory.
```
--------------------------------
### Get Default XMLOutputFactory Instance
Source: https://xerces.apache.org/xerces2-j/javadocs/api/javax/xml/stream/XMLOutputFactory.html
Obtain a default instance of XMLOutputFactory. This is the primary way to get a factory for creating XML writers.
```java
public static XMLOutputFactory newInstance()
                                    throws FactoryConfigurationError
```
--------------------------------
### Initialize Content Model Stack
Source: https://xerces.apache.org/xerces2-j/javadocs/xerces2/org/apache/xerces/impl/dtd/DTDGrammar.html
Initializes the content model stack. This is a necessary setup step before manipulating content models.
```java
protected void initializeContentModelStack()
```
--------------------------------
### Start of Conditional Section Notification
Source: https://xerces.apache.org/xerces2-j/javadocs/xni/org/apache/xerces/xni/XMLDTDHandler.html
Callback method signaling the start of a conditional section. The type indicates whether it is an INCLUDE or IGNORE section.
```java
void startConditional(short type,
                        Augmentations augmentations)
```
--------------------------------
### createStartElement
Source: https://xerces.apache.org/xerces2-j/javadocs/api/index-all.html
Creates a start element event.
```APIDOC
## createStartElement

### Description
Creates a start element event.

### Method
createStartElement(QName, Iterator, Iterator)

### Class
javax.xml.stream.XMLEventFactory
```
```APIDOC
## createStartElement

### Description
Creates a start element event.

### Method
createStartElement(String, String, String)

### Class
javax.xml.stream.XMLEventFactory
```
```APIDOC
## createStartElement

### Description
Creates a start element event.

### Method
createStartElement(String, String, String, Iterator, Iterator)

### Class
javax.xml.stream.XMLEventFactory
```
```APIDOC
## createStartElement

### Description
Creates a start element event.

### Method
createStartElement(String, String, String, Iterator, Iterator, NamespaceContext)

### Class
javax.xml.stream.XMLEventFactory
```
### Start of Attribute List Notification
Source: https://xerces.apache.org/xerces2-j/javadocs/xni/org/apache/xerces/xni/XMLDTDHandler.html
Callback method indicating the start of an attribute list for a given element. Receives the element name and augmentations.
```java
void startAttlist(java.lang.String elementName,
                    Augmentations augmentations)
```
Handles the event of starting a general entity.
```APIDOC
## startGeneralEntity

### Description
Callback method for the start of a general entity.

### Method
`void`

### Parameters

### Namespace Processing Example

Source: https://xerces.apache.org/xerces2-j/javadocs/api/org/xml/sax/helpers/NamespaceSupport.html

Demonstrates how to use NamespaceSupport to declare prefixes, process qualified names, and retrieve namespace information within a session. Remember to reset the object between sessions.

```java
String parts[] = new String[3];
NamespaceSupport support = new NamespaceSupport();
support.pushContext();
support.declarePrefix("", "http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml");
support.declarePrefix("dc", "http://www.purl.org/dc#");
parts = support.processName("p", parts, false);
System.out.println("Namespace URI: " + parts[0]);
System.out.println("Local name: " + parts[1]);
System.out.println("Raw name: " + parts[2]);
parts = support.processName("dc:title", parts, false);
System.out.println("Namespace URI: " + parts[0]);
System.out.println("Local name: " + parts[1]);
System.out.println("Raw name: " + parts[2]);
support.popContext();
```

### Handle Start of Conditional Section - Java

### Start DTD Event

Source: https://xerces.apache.org/xerces2-j/javadocs/xerces2/org/apache/xerces/parsers/AbstractXMLDocumentParser.html

Notifies the handler of the start of a DTD. It is recommended to supply a locator for reporting the DTD's base system identifier.

```java
public void startDTD(org.apache.xerces.xni.XMLLocator locator,
            org.apache.xerces.xni.Augmentations augs)
              throws org.apache.xerces.xni.XNIException
