### Minimalistic AceConfig Options Table Example

Source: https://www.wowace.com/addons/ace3/pages

A basic example of an AceConfig options table, demonstrating the 'group' type and nested 'args'. Use this as a starting point for defining addon configurations.

```lua
myOptionsTable = {
  type = "group",
  args = {
    enable = {
      name = "Enable",
      desc = "Enables / disables the addon",
      type = "toggle",
      set = function(info,val) MyAddon.enabled = val end,
      get = function(info) return MyAddon.enabled end
    },
    moreoptions={
      name = "More Options",
      type = "group",
      args={
        -- more options go here
      }
    }
  }
}
```

### Callback Example for AceConfig

Source: https://www.wowace.com/addons/ace3/pages

This example demonstrates a setter function used in AceConfig callbacks. It shows how to access and modify database values based on the provided info and value.

```lua
local function mySetterFunc(info, value)
  db[info[#info]] = value   -- we use the db names in our settings for Zzz
  print("The " .. info[#info] .. " was set to: " .. tostring(value) )
end
```

### Configure Ace3 Options

Source: https://www.wowace.com/addons/ace3/pages

This snippet shows how to define options for an Ace3 addon, including descriptions, usage examples, and getter/setter functions.

```lua
desc = "The message to be displayed when you get home.",
usage = "<Your message>",
get = function(info) return MyAddOn.message end,
set = function(info, val) MyAddOn.message = val end,
},
```

### Registering Custom Controls in AceConfigDialog

Source: https://www.wowace.com/addons/ace3/pages

This example shows how to register and use a custom control, specifically a 'select' type using a shared media widget, within an AceConfigDialog table. Ensure the custom control is compatible with AceGUI and AceConfigDialog-3.0.

```lua
local media = LibStub("LibSharedMedia-3.0")
self.options = {
  type = "group",
  args = {
    texture = {
      type = "select",
      name = "Texture",
      desc = "Set the statusbar texture.",
      values = media:HashTable("statusbar"),
      dialogControl = "LSM30_Statusbar",
    },
  }
}
```

### Ace3 Range Widget Data Type Mismatch

Source: https://www.wowace.com/addons/ace3/pages

When using the range widget in Ace3, ensure that the data types of min, max, and the value returned by get() are consistent. A mismatch can prevent the default value from being displayed.

```lua
if your min and max are both integers
and your get() returns a string
a default value will not be displayed in the widget
```

### Call Ace3 Getter from Command Line

Source: https://www.wowace.com/addons/ace3/pages

Demonstrates how to call a getter function from the command line within an Ace3 addon. This is useful for debugging or interacting with addon options externally.

```lua
local options = {
    name = "MyAddOn",
    handler = MyAddOn,
    type = 'group',
    args = {
        msg = {
            type = "input",
            name = "Message",
```
