### Vala GTK Clipboard Example

Source: https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects%282f%29Vala%282f%29GTK2Sample.html

This Vala code snippet initializes a GTK window and demonstrates how to get text from the system clipboard and set text to it. Ensure GTK+ 2.0 is installed.

```vala
using Gtk;
int main (string[] args) {
    Gtk.init (ref args);
    var window = new Window ();
    window.title = "Clipboard";
    window.set_default_size (300, 20);
    window.destroy.connect (Gtk.main_quit);
    var entry = new Entry ();
    window.add (entry);
    window.show_all ();
    var display = window.get_display ();
    var clipboard = Clipboard.get_for_display (display, Gdk.SELECTION_CLIPBOARD);
    // Get text from clipboard
    string text = clipboard.wait_for_text ();
    entry.text = text ?? "";
    // If the user types something ...
    entry.changed.connect (() => {
        // Set text to clipboard
        clipboard.set_text (entry.text, -1);
    });
    Gtk.main ();
    return 0;
}
### Welcome New Translation Teams
Source: https://wiki.gnome.org/TranslationProject%282f%29IntroductoryMailTemplates.html
Use this template to welcome new team coordinators, inform them about their listing on the GNOME teams page, and guide them on getting started with Bugzilla and community support.
```text
Support for LANGUAGE [CODE] is most welcome in GNOME. I've added your
name and e-mail address to the teams page at

  https://l10n.gnome.org/teams/

now. Please verify that this listing is correct.

I've also sent a mail in private to you with a request for Bugzilla
details. Bugzilla is our bug tracker that we use for tracking bug
reports in software, and, in this case also translations. Please reply
to that mail as soon as possible.

Other than that, please ask around on this mailing list or at the IRC
channel #i18n on irc.gnome.org if you need help getting started. An
introduction to the translation process can be found at
https://live.gnome.org/TranslationProject/.
