### Verify Pi setup

```
### Install and start the headless server tarball
Source: https://www.trysynara.com/docs/workflows/headless-server
Install the headless server tarball: extract it into a dedicated directory, install production dependencies with npm install --omit=dev, then start it loopback-only with node dist/index.mjs --no-browser --home-dir /absolute/path/to/synara-data. The extracted root contains only dist/ and package.json; the data directory stores server state separately from the extracted application.
```bash
mkdir synara-server
tar -xzf synara-server-0.7.3.tar.gz -C synara-server
cd synara-server
```
```bash
npm install --omit=dev
```
```bash
node dist/index.mjs --no-browser --home-dir /absolute/path/to/synara-data
```
--------------------------------
### Check provider executable versions
Source: https://www.trysynara.com/docs/troubleshooting/providers
Run these commands in a fresh terminal to verify that the provider executable is installed and accessible. The commands are examples for Claude, Codex, OpenCode, and Cursor Agent.
```bash
claude --version
codex --version
opencode --version
cursor-agent --version
```
--------------------------------
### Install OpenCode
Source: https://www.trysynara.com/docs/providers/opencode
Install OpenCode using the official installer, npm, or Homebrew. Verify the installation with `opencode --version`.
```bash
curl -fsSL https://opencode.ai/install | bash
```
```bash
npm install -g opencode-ai
```
```bash
brew install anomalyco/tap/opencode
```
```bash
opencode --version
```
--------------------------------
### Install Pi via official installer
Source: https://www.trysynara.com/docs/providers/pi
```bash
curl -fsSL https://pi.dev/install.sh | sh
```
--------------------------------
### Install Devin CLI on Windows via PowerShell
Source: https://www.trysynara.com/docs/providers/devin
Run the official installer from PowerShell.
```powershell

```bash
opencode
```

--------------------------------

### Install Factory Droid using official installer

Source: https://www.trysynara.com/docs/providers/factory-droid

```powershell
irm https://x.ai/cli/install.ps1 | iex
```

--------------------------------

### Start Cursor Agent in test repository

Source: https://www.trysynara.com/docs/providers/cursor

Starts Cursor Agent in a disposable repository to verify the executable, account, model service, and repository access before Synara is involved. Ask a harmless read-only question after starting.

```bash
cd /path/to/test-repository
cursor-agent
```

--------------------------------

### Install Devin CLI on macOS, Linux, or WSL

Source: https://www.trysynara.com/docs/providers/devin

Use Devin's official installer script. Requires curl and bash.

```bash
curl -fsSL https://cli.devin.ai/install.sh | bash
brew install --cask devin-cli
```

--------------------------------

### Install Claude Code via npm

Source: https://www.trysynara.com/docs/providers/claude-code

Install the Claude Code CLI globally using npm. Synara expects the 'claude' executable to be available to the desktop process. Do not use sudo with npm install; fix permissions or use an official alternative.

```bash
npm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code
```

--------------------------------

### Install Pi via npm

Source: https://www.trysynara.com/docs/providers/pi

```
--------------------------------
### Verify Antigravity in Clean Test Directory
Source: https://www.trysynara.com/docs/providers/antigravity
```bash
mkdir -p /tmp/agy-synara-check
cd /tmp/agy-synara-check
agy
```
--------------------------------
### Install Cursor Agent with curl
Source: https://www.trysynara.com/docs/providers/cursor
Installs Cursor Agent using Cursor's official installer. After installation, Synara looks for the cursor-agent executable.
```bash
curl https://cursor.com/install -fsS | bash
```
--------------------------------
### Install Antigravity CLI on macOS/Linux
Source: https://www.trysynara.com/docs/providers/antigravity
