```litscript
//@version=1
study("My Script")
var fast = 12, slow = input("Slow", 26)
var fastMA = ema(close, fast)
var slowMA = ema(close, slow)
seq macd = fastMA - slowMA
var signal = sma(macd, 9)
plot(macd, color=color.blue)
plotshape(signal, shape.up, 10, color=color.yellow)
```

plots[10] levelsB

// simple for loop
for (i=0;i<32;i++) {
  append(levelsA, sma(open,i*2)+i*20, lighten(#509,i*5)) // append is how we fill the data for arrays plots
}

for (i=0;i<100;i+=10) { // step by 10
  append(levelsB, sma(open,i*2)-i*20, darken(#B09,i*2))

```
--------------------------------
### Single-line Function Declaration in TradingLite
Source: https://tradinglite.com/docs/litscript
Demonstrates how to declare and use single-line functions in TradingLite. Functions require explicit type definitions for parameters and return values. Note that functions are experimental and defining series variables inside them may not work as expected.
```tradinglite
//@version=1
study("My Script")
func zigzag(val:seq) => val[2] == 0 ? 50 : 0
seq test = 0
test = zigzag(test)
plot(test, color=#0ff)
```
```tradinglite
//@version=1
study("My Script")
func mipmap(val:seq){
    var temp = val[1]
    if (temp == -10)
        temp = -20
    else
        temp = -10
    return temp
}
seq hiya = 0
hiya = mipmap(hiya)
plot(hiya, color=#ff0)
```
--------------------------------
study("[example] Bid/Ask Sum Absolute range (4000 from current price)")
plot(ask_sum(0,close+4000),color=#AF0)
plot(bid_sum(close-4000,0),color=#F30)
```

--------------------------------

### Constant Definition in LitScript

var test = iff(condition,true,false)
```
--------------------------------
### Global Variable Definition and Usage in LitScript
Source: https://tradinglite.com/docs/litscript
Defines global variables 'total_counter' and 'realtime' that persist across bars. It increments the counter on new bars and plots the counter and shapes based on 'realtime' status.
```litscript
//@version=1
global total_counter=0, realtime=0

if (barstate.isnew) total_counter++
plot(total_counter,color=#AF0)

if (barstate.isrealtime) realtime++
plotshape(total_counter, shape.circle, realtime)
```
--------------------------------
### Plotting Volume Delta in TradingLite
Source: https://tradinglite.com/docs/litscript
Demonstrates plotting the Volume Delta (buy volume minus sell volume) using a histogram in TradingLite. The histogram's color indicates whether the delta is positive (green) or negative (red).
```tradinglite
//@version=1
study("Volume Delta", overlay=false)
var vd = (vbuy - vsell)
histogram(vd, color = vd<0 ? color.red : color.green)
```
--------------------------------
### Function Parameter Type Declaration (Series) in TradingLite
Source: https://tradinglite.com/docs/litscript
Explains the requirement for explicitly declaring 'seq' type when passing series variables to functions in TradingLite. This ensures correct handling of time-series data within function calls.
```tradinglite
func MyFunc(mySeriesVar:seq, myVar) => mySeriesVar[1] * myVar
```
