Source: https://www.todoist.com/help/todoist/get-started/install-todoist-for-linux-KgKaJa6H

Install Todoist via Snap with 'sudo snap install todoist'. Then set 'experimental.refresh-app-awareness' to true to prevent disruptive refreshes while the app is running.

```bash
sudo snap install todoist
```

```bash
sudo snap set core experimental.refresh-app-awareness=true
```
