```bash
tvault mcp
```

--------------------------------

### Run npm start with tvault run

Source: https://tinyvault.dev

Use the CLI to run a command with secrets injected. This is the primary way to use secrets in scripts and development workflows.

```bash
tvault run -- npm start
```

### Initialize vault, set secret, and run with injection

Source: https://tinyvault.dev

Initialize a local vault, set a secret from an environment file, and run a command with the secret injected into the child process. The output shows the created database path and success messages.

```bash
tvault init
✓created ~/.tvault/vault.db
```

```bash
tvault set STRIPE_KEY --from-env .env
✓Secret 'STRIPE_KEY' set successfully
```

```bash
tvault run -- npm run deploy
↳secret injected into the child, not the parent shell
```
