### Go: Create AutoConfig and subscribe

Source: https://docs.svix.com/receiving/webhooks-autoconfig.md

Imports context and svix packages, creates an AutoConfig with the token and EndpointIn, then calls Subscribe with context.

```Go
import (
	"context"
	svix "github.com/svix/svix-webhooks/go"
	"github.com/svix/svix-webhooks/go/models"
)
webhook, err := svix.NewAutoConfig(AUTO_CONFIG_TOKEN, models.EndpointIn{
	Url:         "https://api.us.example.com/webhooks/acme",
	EventTypes: []string{"invoice.paid", "user.created"},
})
if err != nil {
    panic(err)
}
if err := webhook.Subscribe(ctx); err != nil {
    panic(err)
}
```

--------------------------------

### Subscribe in Express.js startup

Source: https://docs.svix.com/receiving/webhooks-autoconfig.md

Call subscribe() during the startup process of an Express.js server to keep the endpoint configuration in sync. The example shows an async start function that subscribes before listening on port 3000.

```javascript
import express from "express";
import { AutoConfig } from "svix";
const app = express();
const webhook = new AutoConfig(AUTO_CONFIG_TOKEN, {
  eventTypes: ["invoice.paid", "user.created"],
  url: "https://api.us.example.com/webhooks/acme",
});
async function start() {
  await webhook.subscribe();
  app.listen(3000);
}
start();
```

### Send webhook dispatch events to Svix Stream API

Source: https://docs.svix.com/llms-full.txt

Sends webhook dispatch telemetry events to the Svix Stream API. The payload contains message.attempt and http.attempt events with distinct msgIds and attemptIds, each with start and end times. Use this to simulate the input for the OpenTelemetry transformation example.

```shell
curl -X 'POST' \
  'https://api.svix.com/api/v1/stream/{stream_id}/events' \
  -H 'Authorization: Bearer AUTH_TOKEN' \
  -H 'Accept: application/json' \
  -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  -d '{
    "events": [
        {
            "eventType": "message.attempt",
            "payload": "{\"appId\": \"app_379\", \"msgId\": \"msg_1234\", \"attemptId\": \"atmpt_9876\", \"startTime\": \"2025-08-19T15:24:53.291Z\", \"endTime\": \"2025-08-19T15:24:56.291Z\" }"
Create a Svix application, create a Zapier integration, and retrieve its integration key. The example is shown in multiple languages (JavaScript, Python, Rust, Go, Java, Kotlin, C#, PHP, CLI, and cURL). Rust and C# are placeholders (TBD). The CLI example uses placeholder IDs (app_24D5XFE8W4VVYQ2XPdJlFKlYKrf and integ_24D5mQaRudh54XvMNMmgUroNfRA). The cURL example uses APP_ID and INTEG_ID placeholders.
```javascript
import { Svix } from "svix";

const svix = new Svix("AUTH_TOKEN");
const app = await svix.application.create({ name: "Test Application" });
const integ = await svix.integration.create(app.id, { name: "Zapier Integration" });
const integKey = await svix.integration.getKey(app.id, integ.id);
```
```python
from svix.api import Svix, ApplicationIn, IntegrationIn

svix = Svix("AUTH_TOKEN")
app_id = svix.application.create(ApplicationIn(name="Test Application")).id
integ_id = svix.integration.create(app_id, IntegrationIn(name="Zapier Integration")).id
integ_key = svix.integration.get_key(app_id, integ_id).key

### Override Svix server URL in all libraries

Source: https://docs.svix.com/llms-full.txt

Override the Svix server URL when self-hosting the Svix server (open-source or Enterprise self-hosting). The libraries automatically infer the correct server URL from the authentication token, so this is only necessary for self-hosted setups. Each language library provides a constructor option to set the server URL; the CLI uses environment variables and the cURL example shows a direct API call with the URL replaced.

```javascript
import { Svix } from "svix";
const svix = new Svix("auth_token", { serverUrl: "THE_SERVER_URL" });
```

```python
from svix.api import Svix, SvixAsync, SvixOptions
svix = Svix("auth_token", SvixOptions(server_url="THE_SERVER_URL"))
# Or use the async variants
svix = SvixAsync("auth_token", SvixOptions(server_url="THE_SERVER_URL"))
```

```rust
use svix::api::{ApplicationIn, Svix, SvixOptions};
let svix = Svix::new("auth_token".to_owned(), SvixOptions {
    server_url: "THE_SERVER_URL".to_owned(),
    ..SvixOptions::default()
});
```

```go
import (
	svix "github.com/svix/svix-webhooks/go"
)
serverUrl, _ := url.Parse("THE_SERVER_URL")
svixClient := svix.New("auth_token", &svix.SvixOptions{
	ServerUrl: serverUrl,
})
```

```java
import com.svix.Svix;
Svix svix = new Svix("auth_token", new SvixOptions().serverUrl("THE_SERVER_URL"));
```

```kotlin
import com.svix.kotlin.Svix;
val svix = Svix("auth_token", SvixOptions("THE_SERVER_URL"))
```

```ruby
require "svix"
svix = Svix::Client.new("auth_token", Svix::SvixOptions.new(false, "THE_SERVER_URL"))
```

```csharp
using Svix;
var svix = new SvixClient("auth_token", new SvixOptions("THE_SERVER_URL"));
```

```php
$svix = new Svix('AUTH_TOKEN', new SvixOptions(
    serverUrl: 'THE_SERVER_URL'
));
```

```shell
export SVIX_AUTH_TOKEN='AUTH_TOKEN'
export SVIX_SERVER_URL='THE_SERVER_URL'
svix application create '{ "name": "Application name" }'
```

```shell
# Just replace the URL below
curl -X POST "https://api.us.svix.com/api/v1/app/" \
    -H "Accept: application/json" \
    -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
    -H "Authorization: Bearer AUTH_TOKEN" \
    -d '{"name": "Application name"}'
```

### Get App Portal Access URL (JavaScript, Python, Rust, Go, Java, Kotlin, Ruby, C#, PHP, CLI, cURL)

Source: https://docs.svix.com/app-portal.md

Call the app portal access endpoint to obtain a single-use URL that logs a user into the App Portal. The call must be made from the backend because the Svix API key should not be shared with the frontend; the returned URL and token are safe to pass to the frontend. The URL is printed or logged in each example.

```javascript
const svix = new Svix("AUTH_TOKEN");
const dashboard = await svix.authentication.appPortalAccess("app_Xzx8bQeOB1D1XEYmAJaRGoj0", {});
// A URL that automatically logs user into the dashboard
console.log(dashboard.url);
```

```python
svix = Svix("AUTH_TOKEN")
dashboard = svix.authentication.app_portal_access("app_Xzx8bQeOB1D1XEYmAJaRGoj0", AppPortalAccessIn())
# A URL that automatically logs user into the dashboard
print(dashboard.url)
```

```rust
let svix = Svix::new("AUTH_TOKEN".to_owned(), None);
let dashboard = svix
    .authentication()
    .app_portal_access(
        "app_Xzx8bQeOB1D1XEYmAJaRGoj0".to_owned(),
        AppPortalAccessIn::default(),
        None,
    )
    .await?;
// A URL that automatically logs user into the dashboard
println!("{}", dashboard.url);
```

```go
svixClient := svix.New("AUTH_TOKEN", nil)
dashboard, _ := svixClient.Authentication.AppPortalAccess(ctx, "app_Xzx8bQeOB1D1XEYmAJaRGoj0", &svix.AppPortalAccessIn{})
// A URL that automatically logs user into the dashboard
fmt.Println(dashboard.Url)
```

```java
Svix svix = new Svix("AUTH_TOKEN");
AppPortalAccessOut dashboard = svix.getAuthentication().appPortalAccess("app_Xzx8bQeOB1D1XEYmAJaRGoj0", new AppPortalAccessIn());
// A URL that automatically logs user into the dashboard
System.out.println(dashboard.getUrl());
```

```kotlin
val svix = Svix("AUTH_TOKEN")
val dashboard = svix.authentication.appPortalAccess("app_Xzx8bQeOB1D1XEYmAJaRGoj0", AppPortalAccessIn())
// A URL that automatically logs user into the dashboard
println(dashboard.url)
```

```ruby
svix = Svix::Client.new("AUTH_TOKEN")
dashboard = svix.authentication.app_portal_access("app_Xzx8bQeOB1D1XEYmAJaRGoj0", Svix::AppPortalAccessIn.new({}))
# A URL that automatically logs user into the dashboard
puts dashboard.url
```

```csharp
var svix = new SvixClient("AUTH_TOKEN", new SvixOptions("https://api.us.svix.com"));
var dashboard = await svix.Authentication.AppPortalAccessAsync("app_Xzx8bQeOB1D1XEYmAJaRGoj0", new AppPortalAccessIn{});
// A URL that automatically logs user into the dashboard
Console.WriteLine(dashboard.Url)
```

```php
$svix = new Svix('AUTH_TOKEN');
$dashboard = $svix->authentication->appPortalAccess(
  'app_Xzx8bQeOB1D1XEYmAJaRGoj0',
  AppPortalAccessIn::create()
);
echo $dashboard->url . PHP_EOL;
```

```shell
export SVIX_AUTH_TOKEN="AUTH_TOKEN"
svix authentication app-portal app_Xzx8bQeOB1D1XEYmAJaRGoj0
```

```shell
curl -X POST "https://api.us.svix.com/api/v1/auth/app-portal-access/app_Xzx8bQeOB1D1XEYmAJaRGoj0/" \
### JavaScript: Create AutoConfig and subscribe
Source: https://docs.svix.com/receiving/webhooks-autoconfig.md
Imports AutoConfig from 'svix', creates an instance with the token and endpoint configuration (eventTypes and url), then calls subscribe().
```JavaScript
import { AutoConfig } from "svix";

const webhook = new AutoConfig(AUTO_CONFIG_TOKEN, {
  eventTypes: ["invoice.paid", "user.created"],
  url: "https://api.us.example.com/webhooks/acme",
});

await webhook.subscribe();
```
### Create application with CLI
Source: https://docs.svix.com/email-notifications.md
Uses the Svix CLI to create an application with a name, uid, and metadata containing the 'svix.email' key.
```Shell
export SVIX_AUTH_TOKEN='AUTH_TOKEN'
svix application create '{
  "name": "Example customer 123",
  "uid": "example-customer-123",
  "metadata": {
    "svix.email": "example-customer-123@example.com"
  }
}'
```
### Kotlin: Create AutoConfig and subscribe
Source: https://docs.svix.com/receiving/webhooks-autoconfig.md
Imports AutoConfig and EndpointIn, creates an AutoConfig with the token and endpoint configuration, then calls subscribe().
```Kotlin
import com.svix.kotlin.AutoConfig
import com.svix.kotlin.models.EndpointIn

val webhook = AutoConfig(
    AUTO_CONFIG_TOKEN,
    EndpointIn(
        url = "https://api.us.example.com/webhooks/acme",
        eventTypes = setOf("invoice.paid", "user.created"),
    ),
)

webhook.subscribe()
```
### Create event type with schema and examples using Svix API
Source: https://docs.svix.com/event-types.md
Use the Svix SDK to create an event type with a JSON Schema (Draft 7) that includes an example payload. The schema is not enforced by Svix, but examples are used in the Event Catalog and for testing.
```javascript
const svix = new Svix("AUTH_TOKEN");
await svix.eventType.create({
  name: "user.signup",
  schemas: {
    "1": {
      type: "object",
      properties: {
        userId: { type: "string" },
        email: { type: "string" },
      },
      required: ["userId", "email"],
      examples: [{ userId: "usr_123", email: "ada@example.com" }],
    },
  },
});
