### Make a loop activator run commands after x executions

Source: https://splugins.net/docs/executableitems/questions-or-guides/informal-guides

Guide for making a loop activator run commands after executing a certain number of times (30 in this example). Requires PlaceholderAPI with the Math expansion. Uses a number item variable 'timer' and a LOOP activator with variable modification.

```text
For this guide, it will run commands after looping 30 times.
1) Download PlaceholderAPI plugin
  - /papi ecloud download Math
  - /papi reload
2) create the ei item
3) create a number item variable
  - variable name = timer
  - type = NUMBER
  - default = 0
4) create a LOOP activator
  - detailed slots : all slots enabled
  - add playerCommands:
    - Ex: "IF %var_timer%=30 minecraft:give %player% diamond 1"
  - edit variable modification option
    - create a new variable modification option
      - variable name = timer
      - type = SET
      - modification : '%math_IF((%var_timer%)<30, (%var_timer%)+1, 1)%'
```

### RUN_ANIMATION display command example

Source: https://splugins.net/docs/myfurniture/configurations/activator-configuration/list-of-the-activators

Starts a Blockbench animation on the furniture. The static model is hidden and replaced by animated bone entities. The first parameter is the .bbmodel file name without extension (must be in plugins/MyFurniture/animations/), and the second is the animation name as defined in Blockbench or its index.

```yaml
displayCommands:
  - "RUN_ANIMATION ceiling_fan spin"
```

--------------------------------

### Correct vanilla command examples

Source: https://splugins.net/docs/myfurniture/question-or-guides/frequently-asked-questions/how-to-use-vanilla-commands

Examples of commands that work correctly. The first does not need 'execute at' because it uses %player% directly. The others use 'execute at %player% run' to run at the player's position, including setblock, fill, and tellraw commands.

```minecraft
✅ effect give %player% speed 15 1
✅ execute at %player% run setblock ~ ~ ~ stone
✅ execute at %player% run fill ~1 ~1 ~1 ~-1 ~-1 ~-1 stone replace air
✅execute at %player% run tellraw %player% \{"text":"hi"\}
✅execute at %player% run tellraw @a \{"text":"hi"\}
```

```yaml
activators:
  activator0: # Activator ID, you can create as many activators on the activators list
    option: # Here goes an activator that is at least instance of player
    playerCommands:
    - DAMAGE_BOOST 50 200 # This will boost the damage of the player by 50% for 200 ticks (10 seconds)
    - DELAY 10 # Delay of 10 seconds
    - DAMAGE_BOOST 50 200 # This will boost the damage of the player by 50% for 200 ticks (10 seconds)
```

--------------------------------

### DELAY command example

Source: https://splugins.net/docs/tools-for-all-plugins-score/custom-commands/utility-commands

Delays the execution of the next command line by a specified number of seconds. The DELAY command must be on its own line or start a '+++' part; it is not applied if written inside another command's text.

```yaml
activators:
  activator0: # Activator ID, you can create as many activator on the activators list
    playerCommands: # It can be other commands than playerCommands
    #There will be a delay of 10 seconds between the command1 and the command2.
    - command1
    - DELAY 10
    - command2
```

--------------------------------

### LAUNCH command example

Source: https://splugins.net/docs/tools-for-all-plugins-score/custom-commands/block-commands

Source: https://splugins.net/docs/executableblocks/question-or-guides/frequently-asked-questions/how-to-use-vanilla-commands

Shows incorrect and correct versions of commands that need a position, using 'execute at %player% run' to run from the player's coordinates. Includes summon, playsound, and particle examples.

```minecraft
❌ run summon tnt ~ ~ ~
✅ execute at %player% run summon tnt ~ ~ ~
❌ playsound minecraft:ambient.cave master %player% ~ ~ ~ 1 1
✅ execute at %player% run playsound minecraft:ambient.cave master %player% ~ ~ ~ 1 1
```

```minecraft
❌ particle minecraft:flame ~ ~ ~ 1 1 1 0 10
✅ execute at %player% run particle minecraft:flame ~ ~ ~ 1 1 1 0 10
```

--------------------------------

### XP_BOOST command example

Source: https://splugins.net/docs/tools-for-all-plugins-score/custom-commands/player-and-target-commands

Boosts XP gain by a multiplier for a duration in seconds. The example sets multiplier 2 for 10 seconds. Be careful: this command can stack, so repeated uses within the duration can multiply the effect.

```yaml
activators:
  activator0: # Activator ID, you can create as many activator on the activators list
    option: # Here goes an activator that is at least instance of player
    playerCommands:
    - XP_BOOST 2 10
```
