Uses the @smallpict/sdk package to optimize an image. The SDK signs every request automatically. Requires SMALLPICT_API_KEY and SMALLPICT_SECRET_KEY environment variables. Reads 'header.jpg' and outputs the optimized URL and savings percentage.
