After the SoundManager 2 library is ready, create a sound object with a specified URL and then play it. Additional options and events can be configured during creation and playback.

```javascript
// create "mySound"...
var mySound = soundManager.createSound({
  url: '/path/to/an.mp3'
});
// ...and play it
mySound.play();
```
