### Configure SigNoz provider with endpoint and access_token

Configures the SigNoz provider with an endpoint and access token. The endpoint can be set via the SIGNOZ_ENDPOINT environment variable, and the access token via SIGNOZ_ACCESS_TOKEN. The access token should have the Admin role.
