### Image Backend Configuration

Source: https://pytorch.org/vision

Functions to get and set the image loading backend for torchvision.

```APIDOC
## GET /api/image_backend
### Description
Gets the name of the package used to load images.
### Method
GET
### Endpoint
/api/image_backend
### Response
#### Success Response (200)
- **backend** (string) - The name of the current image backend (e.g., 'PIL', 'accimage').
