### PHP Sitemap Hosting File for Pro Sitemaps

Source: https://pro-sitemaps.com/docs/faq

This PHP script allows you to host sitemaps directly on your own domain instead of using the default sitemap.hosting domain. Ensure your web server has PHP support enabled. Place this file in your website's root directory.

```php
<?php
// Get the current sitemap URL from the query parameter.
$sitemapURL = $_GET['sitemap'];
// Construct the URL to fetch the sitemap from pro-sitemaps.com.
$fetchURL = "https://www.pro-sitemaps.com/" . $sitemap;
// Set the Content-Type header to indicate an XML file.
header('Content-Type: application/xml');
// Fetch and output the sitemap content.
echo file_get_contents($fetchURL);
?>
