### INSTALL_FILE Example

Source: https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/autonomous-database-serverless/doc/dbms-cloud-repo-package.html

Example call to DBMS_CLOUD_REPO.INSTALL_FILE. Installs the file 'test3.sql' from the repository handle l_repo, with stop_on_error set to FALSE so execution continues past errors.

```sql
BEGIN
     DBMS_CLOUD_REPO.INSTALL_FILE(
         repo          => l_repo,
         file_path     => 'test3.sql',
         stop_on_error => FALSE
     );
END;
/
```

### PREPARE_REPLAY Procedure Example

Source: https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/autonomous-database-serverless/doc/dbms-cloud-admin.html

Example that prepares the refreshable clone to replay the workload indicated by the capture_name parameter, bringing it up to the capture start time and then disconnecting it. Requires ADMIN user or EXECUTE privilege on DBMS_CLOUD_ADMIN.

```sql
BEGIN
    DBMS_CLOUD_ADMIN.PREPARE_REPLAY
      capture_name => 'cap_test1');
END;
/
```

--------------------------------

### INSTALL_SQL Example

Source: https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/autonomous-database-serverless/doc/dbms-cloud-repo-package.html

Example call to DBMS_CLOUD_REPO.INSTALL_SQL. Installs a single CREATE TABLE statement from a CLOB buffer, appending a newline and slash terminator. stop_on_error is set to FALSE.

```sql
BEGIN
  DBMS_CLOUD_REPO.INSTALL_SQL(
      content   => 'create table t1 (x varchar2(30))' || CHR(10) || '/',
      stop_on_error => FALSE
  );
END;
/
```

```sql
BEGIN
  EXECUTE IMMEDIATE 'DROP TABLE app_log_messages PURGE';
EXCEPTION
  WHEN OTHERS THEN
    IF SQLCODE != -942 THEN
      RAISE;
    END IF;
END;
CREATE TABLE app_log_messages (
  log_timestamp DATE,
  severity VARCHAR2(10),
  message VARCHAR2(4000)
);
INSERT INTO app_log_messages VALUES (DATE '2026-01-01', 'INFO', 'Routine performance check completed.');
INSERT INTO app_log_messages VALUES (DATE '2026-01-03', 'WARN', 'Query response time exceeded the review threshold.');
COMMIT;
    description => 'Fetch application log messages by date.'
  );
END;
/
DECLARE
  l_result CLOB;
BEGIN
  l_result := DBMS_CLOUD_AI_AGENT.DESCRIBE_TOOL(
  );
  DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE(l_result);
END;
/
SELECT DBMS_CLOUD_AI_AGENT.RUN_TOOL(
### Directory with quote character in filename
Source: https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/autonomous-database-serverless/doc/autonomous-pipeline.html
Use two quotes to include a quote character in the file name. This example specifies that the filename starts with a quote (').
```sql
'MY_DIR:''filename.ext'
```
--------------------------------
### ACCEPT_MAPPING Procedure Example
Source: https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/autonomous-database-serverless/doc/dbms-proxy-sql.html
Run this example on the target Autonomous AI Database instance to add a mapping entry. You must be logged in as the ADMIN user or have the EXECUTE privilege on the DBMS_PROXY_SQL package. Each mapping entry in the routing table on the router instance must have a corresponding entry on the target instance.
```sql
BEGIN
 DBMS_PROXY_SQL.ACCEPT_MAPPING (
    object_owner          => 'DW_USER',
    router_database_ocid  => 'TARGET_DATABASE_OCID');
 END;
/
```
--------------------------------
### Set and Get Published Identity Example
Source: https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/autonomous-database-serverless/doc/dbms-share-producer.html
Shows setting a published identity with DBMS_SHARE.SET_PUBLISHED_IDENTITY and then retrieving it with GET_PUBLISHED_IDENTITY. The output displays the JSON identity data.
```sql
SQL> declare
  2    id_json json_object_t := json_object_t();
  3  begin
  4    id_json.put('name', 'Demo Publisher');
  5    id_json.put('description', 'Documentation Share Provider');
  6    id_json.put('contact', 'null@example.com');
  7    dbms_share.set_published_identity(id_json);
  8  end;
  9  /

PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

SQL> select json_query(dbms_share.get_published_identity, '$' pretty) "Published Identity"
  2  from dual;

Published Identity-
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
{
  "name" : "Demo Publisher",
  "description" : "Documentation Share Provider",
  "contact" : "null@example.com"
}

### Check Pipeline Status with USER_CLOUD_PIPELINES

Source: https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/autonomous-database-serverless/doc/pipelines-monitor.html

Query the USER_CLOUD_PIPELINES view to check the pipeline type and status for a specific pipeline. The example shows that MY_TREE_DATA is a LOAD pipeline with status STARTED.

```sql
SELECT pipeline_name, pipeline_type, status FROM USER_CLOUD_PIPELINES
   WHERE pipeline_name = 'MY_TREE_DATA';
PIPELINE_NAME PIPELINE_TYPE STATUS
------------- ------------- -------
MY_TREE_DATA  LOAD          STARTED
```

### Get local credential map with DBMS_CATALOG.GET_LOCAL_CREDENTIAL_MAP

Source: https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/autonomous-database-serverless/doc/Chunk1237973017.html

```sql
SELECT
   JSON_QUERY(dbms_catalog.get_local_credential_map('iceberg_cat'), '$' PRETTY)
FROM dual;
  2    3
JSON_QUERY(DBMS_CATALOG.GET_LOCAL_CREDENTIAL_MAP('ICEBERG_CAT'),'$'PRETTY)
### Cross-region Autonomous Data Guard tnsnames.ora example
Source: https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/autonomous-database-serverless/doc/autonomous-data-guard-notes.html
Example tnsnames.ora entries for an Autonomous Data Guard setup with primary in Ashburn (IAD) and standby in Phoenix (PHX). Each service (high, low, medium) includes both regional endpoints with failover=on, load_balance=off, retry_count=15, and retry_delay=3. Use the connection string or wallet from the primary database for applications in IAD and from the standby for applications in PHX.
