- **datagram** (optional) - If specified, the command accepts UDP datagrams instead of TCP connections.
- **portNumber** (integer) - The port number to listen on. Use 0 to allow the OS to assign an ephemeral port.
- **callbackMessage** (string) - The name of the message to trigger upon connection or receipt. The message receives the sender's IP address as the first parameter, and the datagram content as the second parameter (if applicable).

### Return Values
- **it** - The actual port number bound by the system.
- **the result** - Contains an error message if the socket could not be opened.
