### Calculate Base Fee in USD

Source: https://docs.jup.ag/user-docs/trade/perps/fees

Calculates the base fee in USD for opening or closing a perpetual position. Use 'increasePositionBps' for opening and 'decreasePositionBps' for closing. Ensure 'custody.increasePositionBps' or 'custody.decreasePositionBps' and 'tradeSizeUsd' are defined.

```typescript
const BPS_POWER = 10 ** 4; // 10_000
// Use 'increasePositionBps' for opening, 'decreasePositionBps' for closing
const baseFeeBps = custody.increasePositionBps;
const baseFeeBpsDecimals = baseFeeBps / BPS_POWER;
const openCloseFeeUsd = tradeSizeUsd * baseFeeBpsDecimals;
```
