### Install and Initialize InsightFace Python Package

Source: https://insightface.ai

Install the InsightFace Python package and its dependencies. Then, initialize the FaceAnalysis app with a specified model.

```bash
pip install insightface onnxruntime-gpu
```

```python
from insightface.app import FaceAnalysis
app = FaceAnalysis('buffalo_l')
app.prepare(ctx_id=0)
```

### Python Package Installation and Usage

Source: https://insightface.ai

Install the insightface Python package and start analyzing faces with just a few lines of code.

```APIDOC
## Python Package
pip install insightface — start analyzing faces in 3 lines of code.
```
pip install insightface onnxruntime-gpu

# That's it. You're ready.
from insightface.app import FaceAnalysis
app = FaceAnalysis('buffalo_l')
app.prepare(ctx_id=0)
```
### REST API - Extract Face Data
Source: https://insightface.ai
Integrate face AI capabilities into your applications using the enterprise-grade REST API. This example shows how to extract face data.
```APIDOC
## REST API

Enterprise-grade REST API service supporting high-precision face swapping models and high-precision private face recognition models. Integrate face AI via simple HTTP calls.
```
# Make an API call
curl -X POST https://api.insightface.ai/extract \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer <YOUR_TOKEN>" \
  -F "image=@photo.jpg" \
  -F "return_face_data=true"
```

### Description
This endpoint allows you to extract face data from an image using the InsightFace REST API.

### Method
POST

### Endpoint
`https://api.insightface.ai/extract`

### Parameters
#### Request Body
- **image** (file) - Required - The image file to process.
- **return_face_data** (boolean) - Optional - Whether to return detailed face data.
```
--------------------------------
### Perform Face Analysis and Swapping
Source: https://insightface.ai
This snippet demonstrates how to use InsightFace for both face recognition (embedding extraction) and face swapping. It requires the 'buffalo_l' model for analysis and an 'inswapper_128.onnx' model for swapping. Ensure OpenCV is installed for image reading and writing.
```python
import insightface
import cv2

# Face Recognition
app = insightface.app.FaceAnalysis('buffalo_l')
app.prepare(ctx_id=0)
img = cv2.imread('photo.jpg')
faces = app.get(img)
print(faces[0].embedding.shape)

# Face Swapping
swapper = insightface.model_zoo.get_model(
    'inswapper_128.onnx')
res = swapper.get(img, faces[0], faces[1])
cv2.imwrite('swapped.jpg', res)
```
### Initialize InspireFace C/C++ SDK
Source: https://insightface.ai
Initialize the InspireFace SDK by launching it with a path. Then, create a session for face detection and feature extraction.
```cpp
// Initialize the SDK
HResult ret = HFLaunchInspireFace(path);

// Create a session
HFSession session;
HFCreateInspireFaceSession(&session, mode);
```
```cpp
// Detect and recognize
HFDetectFaces(session, image, &faces);
HFExtractFeature(session, image, face, &feature);
```
--------------------------------
### InspireFace C/C++ SDK Initialization and Usage
Source: https://insightface.ai
Utilize the Native InspireFace C/C++ SDK for mobile and embedded devices, offering a unified API across platforms.
```APIDOC
## InspireFace C/C++ SDK

Native SDK for mobile and embedded devices. One API across all platforms.
```
// Initialize the SDK
HResult ret = HFLaunchInspireFace(path);
// Create a session
HFSession session;
HFCreateInspireFaceSession(&session, mode);
// Detect and recognize
HFDetectFaces(session, image, &faces);
HFExtractFeature(session, image, face, &feature);
```
```
### Make REST API Call for Face Feature Extraction
Source: https://insightface.ai
Use curl to make a POST request to the InsightFace API for extracting face features from an image. Ensure to include your authorization token.
```bash
curl -X POST https://api.insightface.ai/extract \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer <YOUR_TOKEN>" \
  -F "image=@photo.jpg" \
  -F "return_face_data=true"
```
