### Kill Background Process for ImunifyAV License Update

Source: https://docs.imunifyav.com/imunifyav

Use this command to manually restart the ImunifyAV background process, which can resolve issues with license information not updating immediately after purchase. This is a temporary workaround until a future release fixes the automatic update.

```bash
kill -9 `ps aux | grep 'ra_exec' | awk {'print$2'}`
```

--------------------------------

### Enable Plesk Debug Mode

Source: https://docs.imunifyav.com/imunifyav

Add these lines to your Plesk panel.ini configuration file to enable debug mode. This setting is not recommended for production environments.

```ini
[debug]
; Enable debug mode (do not use in production environment)
enabled = on
```

--------------------------------

### Enable Logging of External Utilities Calls

Source: https://docs.imunifyav.com/imunifyav

Add these lines to your Plesk panel.ini configuration file to enable logging of external utilities calls. This can help in diagnosing issues related to external processes.

```ini
; Enable logging of external utilities calls
show.util_exec = on
; Enable logging of stdin and stdout for external utilities calls (do not use in production environment)
show.util_exec_io = on
```

--------------------------------

### Enable Plesk Debug Log Filtering

Source: https://docs.imunifyav.com/imunifyav

Add these lines to your Plesk panel.ini configuration file to set the debug log filter priority to 7. This should be done before reproducing the issue.

```ini
[log]
filter.priority=7
```

--------------------------------

### Extract Last 15000 Lines of Plesk Log

Source: https://docs.imunifyav.com/imunifyav

If the Plesk log file is very large, use this command to extract the last 15000 lines to a new file for easier analysis. This is useful for reducing log size before zipping and sending.

```bash
tail -15000 /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log > debug_log.txt
```
