### Install Rulestead and Run Migrations

Source: https://hexdocs.pm/rulestead

After adding dependencies, fetch them using `mix deps.get`, install Rulestead's database schema with `mix rulestead.install`, and apply migrations with `mix ecto.migrate`.

```bash
mix deps.get
mix rulestead.install
mix ecto.migrate
```

### Add Rulestead to Dependencies

Source: https://hexdocs.pm/rulestead

Add the Rulestead and Ecto SQL packages to your project's dependencies in `mix.exs`. Ensure Ecto SQL version compatibility.

```elixir
defp deps do
  [
    {:rulestead, "~> 0.1"},
    {:ecto_sql, "~> 3.14"}
  ]
end
```
