### New Connections LCU Conversion Example

Source: https://help.aliyun.com/zh/slb/application-load-balancer/alb-billing-rules

Example showing how to convert new connections to LCU count. If 100 new connections are made in a second, and each LCU provides 25 new connections per second, the LCU count is 4.0.

```text
100÷25=4.0
```

--------------------------------

### Concurrent Connections LCU Conversion Example

Source: https://help.aliyun.com/zh/slb/application-load-balancer/alb-billing-rules

Example showing how to convert concurrent connections to LCU count. If the maximum concurrent connections in an hour is 18,000, and each LCU supports 3,000 concurrent connections per minute, the LCU count is 6.0.

```text
18,000÷3,000=6.0
```

--------------------------------

### Data Processing LCU Conversion Example

Source: https://help.aliyun.com/zh/slb/application-load-balancer/alb-billing-rules

Example showing how to convert data processing volume to LCU count. If 1000 KB is processed per second, resulting in 3.6 GB per hour, and each LCU handles 1 GB per hour, the LCU count is 3.6.

```text
1,000 KB×60×60=3,600,000 KB=3.6 GB
3.6÷1=3.6
```

--------------------------------

### LCU Fee Example Calculation

Source: https://help.aliyun.com/zh/slb/application-load-balancer/alb-billing-rules

Demonstrates the calculation of LCU cost based on the highest LCU usage metric (concurrent connections in this case) and the LCU unit price. It also provides an estimated monthly cost.

```text
每小时的LCU费用=0.049元/个×6.0个=0.294元
按上述消耗情况估算，平均月度LCU费约为：0.294元×24小时×30天=211.68元
```

--------------------------------

### Rule Evaluation LCU Calculation Example

Source: https://help.aliyun.com/zh/slb/application-load-balancer/alb-billing-rules

Example calculating LCU for rule evaluations. It considers exceeding free tiers for forwarding rules (25) and extension certificates (25), and calculates LCU based on QPS and the LCU coefficient (1000 rule evaluations per second per LCU).

```text
100×4=400（个）
[(30-25)+(32-25)]×400=4800（个）
4800÷1000=4.8
```

--------------------------------

### Instance Fee Calculation

Source: https://help.aliyun.com/zh/slb/application-load-balancer/alb-billing-rules

This formula calculates the instance fee for an ALB based on its unit price and the duration it was active. The pricing is per hour, and any fraction of an hour is charged as a full hour.

```text
实例费=实例单价(元/小时)×计费时长(小时)
```

--------------------------------

### Custom Headers Not Logged

Source: https://help.aliyun.com/zh/slb/application-load-balancer/access-logs

These are the default headers that are not logged when custom header logging is enabled. Ensure your custom headers are not among these to be recorded.

```text
#自定义header不会记录以下字段信息
host
referer
user-agent
x-forwarded-for
x-readtime
x-real-ip
uber-trace-id
X-B3-TraceId
X-B3-SpanId
X-B3-ParentSpanId
X-B3-Sampled
```

### New Connections LCU Calculation

Source: https://help.aliyun.com/zh/slb/application-load-balancer/alb-billing-rules

Calculates the LCU count for new connections. It divides the maximum number of new connections per second by the LCU coefficient.

```text
LCU个数=最大新建连接数÷LCU系数
```
