### Description
Construct a new non-frozen list from an items iterable. The list implements all collections.abc.MutableSequence methods plus additional APIs for freezing.

### Constructor
- **items** (iterable) - Required - The iterable to initialize the list with.

### Properties
- **frozen** (bool) - Read-only property. True if the list is frozen (modifications are forbidden).

### Methods
- **freeze()** - Freeze the list. There is no way to thaw it back.

### Usage Example
```python
from frozenlist import FrozenList

fl = FrozenList([1, 2, 3])
print(fl.frozen)  # False
fl.freeze()
print(fl.frozen)  # True
# fl.append(4)  # Raises RuntimeError
```
