### Filament Onboard Plugin Setup

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Demonstrates the basic setup of the Filament Onboard plugin within a Filament panel. Includes adding a track with steps and configuring column layout.

```PHP
use Filament\Facades\Filament;
use RalphJSmit\Filament\Onboard\FilamentOnboard;
public function panel(Panel $panel): Panel
{
    return $panel
        ->default()
        ->id('admin')
        ->path('admin')
        // Other panel configuration...
        ->plugin(
            FilamentOnboard::make()
                ->addTrack(fn () => Track::make([
                    Step::make(name: 'Connect Notion', identifier: 'widget::connect-notion')
                        ->description('Sign in with Notion and grant access to your workspace.')
                        ->icon(Heroicon::OutlinedCheckCircle)
                        ->performStepActionLabel('Add workspace →')
                        ->url(route('callbacks.notion.authorize'))
                        ->completeIf(fn () => auth()->user()->workspaces()->exists())
                        ->columnSpan(1),
                    // Other steps
                    // Step::make(/** */)..
                    // Step::make(/** */)..
                ])->columns(3)
              )
        );
}
```

### Shorthand for Plugin Configuration - PHP

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Demonstrates a shorthand notation for configuring the FilamentOnboard plugin by defining a `$plugin` variable. This approach simplifies code examples by reducing repetition of `FilamentOnboard::make()` calls.

```php
$plugin
    ->prefix('welcome')
    ->someOtherMethod();
```

```php
use RalphJSmit\Filament\Onboard\FilamentOnboard;
$panel
    ->plugin(
        FilamentOnboard::make()
            ->prefix('welcome')
            ->someOtherMethod()
    )
```

--------------------------------

### Configure Filament Onboarding Plugin V2 with Methods

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Example of configuring the FilamentOnboard plugin using fluent methods for V2 and above. This allows per-panel customization of settings like redirect routes and prefixes.

```php
$panel
    ->plugin(
        FilamentOnboard::make()
            ->redirectRoute('some-route-name')
            ->prefix('welcome')
            // ..
    )
```

### Multi-Step Onboarding Flow (PHP)

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

This code defines an external onboarding flow using Filament's Onboard component and Wizard steps. It includes steps for connecting to Notion and creating an email list with a multi-step wizard for list configuration and design setup. The `wizardFillFormUsing` and `wizardSubmitFormUsing` methods handle initial state and data persistence upon submission. Dependencies include Filament Forms, custom resources (DesignResource), and the Onboard component.

```php
use FilamentFormsComponentsWizardStep as WizardStep;
Onboard::make()
    ->addTrack([
        Step::make('Connect to Notion', 'onboard::connect-notion')
            ->description('Click the button below to give Newsly access to your workspace')
            ->performStepActionLabel('Add workspace →')
            ->url(route('callbacks.notion.authorize'))
            ->icon('tabler-brand-notion')
            ->completeIf(fn () => user()->workspaces()->exists()),
        Step::make('Create email list', 'onboard::create-email-list')
            ->wizard([
                WizardStep::make("Create list")
                    ->icon('tabler-list-check')
                    ->statePath('list')
                    ->schema([
                        TextInput::make('name')
                            ->columnSpan(2)
                            ->label("List name")
                            ->reactive()
                            ->required(),
                        TextInput::make('slug')
                            ->columnSpan(2)
                            ->helperText('NB.: Changing the slug will also change the URL of your subscribe page.')
                            ->required(),
                    ]),
                WizardStep::make("Configure design")
                    ->icon('tabler-color-swatch')
                    ->statePath('design')
                    ->schema(DesignResource::form(Form::make())->getSchema()),
            ])
            ->wizardFillFormUsing(fn () => [
                'list' => [
                    'name' => auth()->user()->defaultList?->name,
                    'slug' => auth()->user()->defaultList?->slug,
                ],
                'design' => [
                    'user_id' => auth()->id(),
                    'name' => 'Main design',
                    'accent_color' => '#666EE8',
                    'brand_color' => '#FFFFFF',
                    'accent_color_text' => 'light',
                    'font_family' => 'sans',
                ],
            ])
            ->wizardSubmitFormUsing(function (array $state, RalphJSmitFilamentOnboardHttpLivewireWizard $livewire) {
                auth()->user()->defaultList->update($state['list'] ?? []);
                $design = auth()->user()->designs()->create($state['design'] ?? []);
                $livewire->redirectRoute('filament.pages.dashboard');
            })
            ->wizardSubmitButton('Submit')
            ->completeIf(fn () => user()->designs()->exists())
    ]);
```

### Mark Wizard Step as Completed - Filament PHP

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Details the usage of the `->completeIf()` method to define the condition under which a wizard step is considered completed. This is crucial to prevent users from getting stuck in a wizard.

```php
->completeIf(fn () => user()->plan_id !== null)
```

--------------------------------

### Pre-fill Wizard Form Data - Filament PHP

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Shows how to pre-fill a wizard's form data using the `->wizardFillFormUsing()` method. This is useful for populating the form with existing record data before the user starts the wizard. The closure should return an array where keys match the step's `statePath`.

```php
use Filament\Forms\Components\TextInput;
use Filament\Forms\Components\Wizard\Step as WizardStep;
use RalphJSmit\Filament\Onboard\Step;
Step::make('Your title', 'onboard::unique-identifier')
    ->wizard([
        WizardStep::make("Your label")
            ->statePath('step_1') // It is recommended to keep the form data separate for each step.
            ->schema([
                TextInput::make('name')
                    ->required(),
                // ...
            ])
            // ...
    ])
    ->wizardFillFormUsing(function() {
        return [
            'step_1' => [
                'name' => auth()->user()->name,
                // ...
            ],
            'step_2' => [
                // ...
            ]
        ];
    })
```

--------------------------------

### Allow User to Skip Step

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Allows users to skip a step by providing a closure to the `skippable()` method. Displays a confirmation modal by default.

```PHP
Step::make(name: 'Notifications overview', identifier: 'open-notifications')
  ->completeIf(function ()  {
    return auth()->user()->onboarding_notifications_completed;
  })
  ->skippable(function ()  {
      auth()->user()->onboarding_notifications_completed = true;
      auth()->user()->save();
  })
  ->performStepAction(function (Action $action) {
      return $action
        ->label('Open notifications overview')
        ->action(function (OnboardTrackWidget $livewire) {
            $livewire->dispatch('open-modal', id: 'database-notifications');
            auth()->user()->onboarding_notifications_completed = true;
            auth()->user()->save();
        });
  })
```

--------------------------------

### Add Icon to a Step - PHP

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Assigns an icon to an onboarding step for visual representation. The icon can be provided as a string or a closure that returns a string. Filament's Heroicon is used as an example.

```php
use Filament\Support\Icons\Heroicon;
Step::make(name: 'Connect Notion', identifier: 'widget::connect-notion')
    ->icon(Heroicon::OutlinedCheckCircle)
```

--------------------------------

### Define a Step with Name and Identifier - PHP

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Creates a single onboarding step using the `Step::make()` method. It requires a human-readable name and a unique string identifier. Additional configuration methods can be chained.

```php
Track::make([
    Step::make(name: 'Connect Notion', identifier: 'widget::connect-notion')
        /** Other configuration for the step... */
])
```

### Add Wizard with Steps - Filament PHP

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Demonstrates how to create a wizard with multiple steps using Filament's Wizard component. Each step can have its own schema and state path. It requires importing `FilamentFormsComponentsWizardStep` as `WizardStep` to avoid naming conflicts.

```php
use Filament\Forms\Components\TextInput;
use Filament\Forms\Components\Select;
use Filament\Forms\Components\Wizard\Step as WizardStep;
use RalphJSmit\Filament\Onboard\Step;
Step::make('Your title', 'onboard::unique-identifier')
    ->wizard([
        WizardStep::make("Your label")
            ->statePath('step_1') // It is recommended to keep the form data in a separate array key for each step.
            ->schema([
                TextInput::make('name')
                    ->required(),
                Select::make('plan_id')
                    ->options([
                        'default' => 'Regular',
                        'pro' => 'Pro',
                        'unlimited' => 'Unlimited'
                    ])
                    ->required(),
                // More components...
            ])
            // More steps...
    ])
```

--------------------------------

### Add Plugin Blade Files to Theme - CSS

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Includes the necessary Blade component files from the onboarding plugin into a custom Filament theme's CSS. This ensures that the plugin's UI elements are correctly rendered. The path assumes a standard vendor installation.

```css
@source '../../../../vendor/ralphjsmit/laravel-filament-onboard/resources/**/*.blade.php';
```

--------------------------------

### Add URL to Step

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Adds a URL to a step for redirection. Uses the `->url()` method combined with `performStepActionLabel()` to display a button with a link. Useful for OAuth or dashboard navigation.

```PHP
Step::make(name: 'Connect Notion', identifier: 'widget::connect-notion')
    ->performStepActionLabel('Add workspace →')
    ->url(route('callbacks.notion.authorize'), shouldOpenInNewTab: true)
```

--------------------------------

### Add Description to a Step - PHP

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Adds a descriptive text to an onboarding step, explaining its purpose to the user. The description can be a plain string, an `HtmlString`, or a closure for dynamic content.

```php
Step::make(name: 'Connect Notion', identifier: 'widget::connect-notion')
    ->description('Sign in with Notion and grant access to your workspace.')
```

--------------------------------

### Create a Track for Onboarding - PHP

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Defines a new onboarding track using the `addTrack` method of the FilamentOnboard plugin. The track is created using a closure to ensure lazy evaluation, preventing errors related to early execution. It accepts an array of steps.

```php
$plugin
    ->addTrack(fn () => Track::make([
        /** Your steps */
    ]),
```

--------------------------------

### Define Step Name using Closure - PHP

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Allows the name of an onboarding step to be dynamically generated using a closure. This enables names that depend on runtime data, such as the authenticated user's information.

```php
Step::make(name: fn () => 'Hello ' . auth()->user()->first_name, identifier: 'greeting')
```

--------------------------------

### Add Advanced Action to Step

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Adds advanced code, like modals or forms, to a step's action. Utilizes the `performStepAction()` method and can include Livewire components.

```PHP
Step::make(name: 'Notifications overview', identifier: 'open-notifications')
  ->performStepAction(function (Action $action) {
      return $action
        ->label('Open notifications overview')
        ->action(function (OnboardTrackWidget $livewire) {
            $livewire->dispatch('open-modal', id: 'database-notifications');
        });
  })
```

--------------------------------

### Register Plugin in Panel - PHP

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Registers the Filament Onboarding Manager Pro plugin within a specific panel's service provider. This is a prerequisite for using the plugin's features in that panel. It requires the `RalphJSmitFilamentOnboardFilamentOnboard` class.

```php
use RalphJSmit\Filament\Onboard\FilamentOnboard;
$panel
    ->plugin(FilamentOnboard::make())
```

--------------------------------

### Customize Skip Step Action

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Customizes the confirmation modal displayed when a user attempts to skip a step. Uses methods like `skipStepActionLabel()`, `skipStepActionColor()`, and `skipStepActionModalDescription()`.

```PHP
$step
    ->skipStepActionLabel('Skip notifications')
    ->skipStepActionColor('gray')
    ->skipStepActionModalHeading('Are you sure you want to skip this step?')
    ->skipStepActionModalDescription('Your notifications will always still arrive in your overview.')
```

--------------------------------

### Add Track to Filament Onboarding Plugin V2

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Adds a track to the FilamentOnboard plugin using a closure for V2 and above. This method ensures proper registration of tracks, which can include multiple steps.

```php
$panel
    ->plugin(
        FilamentOnboard::make()
            ->addTrack(fn () => Track::make([
                Step::make(/** */),
                // Other steps...
            ])
                ->completeBeforeAccess(/** */),
                // Other methods on the Track...
            )
            // ..
    )
```

--------------------------------

### Determine Step Completion

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Uses the `->completeIf()` method to define a closure that determines if a step is complete. Returns a boolean value indicating completion status.

```PHP
Step::make(name: 'Connect Notion', identifier: 'widget::connect-notion')
    ->completeIf(fn () => auth()->user()->workspaces()->exists())
```

--------------------------------

### Generate Onboarding Widget Cards (PHP)

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

This code defines a series of steps for an onboarding widget, including descriptions, action labels, URLs, icons, and completion conditions. It utilizes Filament's Track and Step components to build a visual onboarding flow. Dependencies include Filament components and potential custom resources like ListResource and DesignResource.

```php
Track::make([
    Step::make('Create list', 'widget::create-list')
        ->description("Create a list to gather your subscribers.")
        ->performStepActionLabel('Create list')
        ->url(fn () => ListResource::getUrl('create'))
        ->icon('tabler-list-check')
        ->columnSpan(2)
        ->completeIf(fn () => auth()->user()->workspaces()->exists()),
    Step::make('Connect Notion', 'widget::connect-notion')
        ->description("Sign in with Notion and grant access to your workspace.")
        ->performStepActionLabel('Add workspace →')
        ->url(route('callbacks.notion.authorize'))
        ->icon('tabler-brand-notion')
        ->columnSpan(2)
        ->completeIf(fn () => auth()->user()->workspaces()->exists()),
    Step::make('Embed form on site', 'widget::embed-form')
        ->description("Collect subscribers via the form or API. Or import subscribers from other software.")
        ->performStepActionLabel('Copy code')
        ->performStepAction(function (Action $action) {
            return $action
                ->action(function (OnboardTrackWidget $livewire) {
                    $livewire->dispatch('copy-code', code: '<div>...</div>')
                });
        })
        ->icon('tabler-code')
        ->columnSpan(3)
        ->completeIf(fn () => auth()->user()->copied_embed_form !== null),
    Step::make('Tweak the design', 'widget::tweak-design')
        ->description("Make your newsletter completely personal.")
        ->performStepActionLabel('Create a new design')
        ->url(fn () => DesignResource::getUrl('create'))
        ->icon('tabler-color-swatch')
        ->columnSpan(3)
        ->completeIf(fn () => auth()->user()->designs->first->created_at->lt(auth()->user()->designs->first->updated_at)),
    Step::make('Send newsletters', 'widget::send-newsletters')
        ->description("Enjoy the stellar Notion writing experience and send beautifully-designed newsletters!")
        ->icon('tabler-send')
        ->columnSpan(4)
        ->completeIf(fn () => auth()->user()->created_at->lt(now()->subWeek(2)))
])->columns(7)->compact(false);
```

--------------------------------

### Adding Column Span to a Step

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Specifies the column width of a step card. Uses the `columnSpan()` method and can be responsive with an array of column sizes based on screen size.

```PHP
Track::make([
    Step::make(/** */)
        ->columnSpan(['default' => 1, 'md' => 1, 'lg' => 2, ])
        // Other steps..
    ])
    ->columns(['default' => 1, 'md' => 3, 'lg' => 6, ])
```

--------------------------------

### Add Onboarding Middleware to Filament Panel

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

This code illustrates how to integrate the `OnboardMiddleware` into a Filament panel to enforce onboarding step completion. The middleware should be added to either `->authMiddleware()` (for non-tenancy) or `->tenantMiddleware()` (for tenancy) in the panel service provider. Dependency: `RalphJSmit\Filament\Onboard\Http\Middleware\OnboardMiddleware`.

```php
use RalphJSmit\Filament\Onboard\Http\Middleware\OnboardMiddleware;
$panel
    // If you have a panel without tenancy:
    ->authMiddleware([
        Authenticate::class,
        OnboardMiddleware::class, // Add here.
    ])
    // Or, if you have a panel with tenancy:
    ->tenantMiddleware([
        OnboardMiddleware::class, // Add here.
    ])
```

--------------------------------

### Customize Wizard Appearance - Filament PHP

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Demonstrates how to customize the overall wizard component using `->modifyWizardUsing()`. This method accepts a closure that receives the wizard instance, allowing for modifications such as changing the next action's icon.

```php
use Filament\Support\Icons\Heroicon;
->modifyWizardUsing(function (\Filament\Forms\Components\Wizard $wizard) {
    return $wizard->nextAction(fn (StaticAction $action) => $action->icon(Heroicon::ArrowRight));
})
```

--------------------------------

### Save Wizard Form Data on Submit - Filament PHP

Source: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/ralphjsmit-onboarding-manager-pro/index

Illustrates how to handle form submission for a wizard using `->wizardSubmitFormUsing()`. The provided closure receives the submitted `$state` and the `$livewire` component, allowing you to save data and redirect. Redirecting to `filament.pages.dashboard` is recommended for seamless navigation.

```php
use Filament\Forms\Components\TextInput;
use Filament\Forms\Components\Wizard\Step as WizardStep;
use RalphJSmit\Filament\Onboard\Step;
Step::make('Your title', 'onboard::unique-identifier')
    ->wizard([
        WizardStep::make("Your label")
            ->statePath('step_1') // It is recommended to keep the form data separate for each step.
            ->schema([
                TextInput::make('name')
                    ->required(),
                // ...
            ])
            // ...
    ])
    ->wizardFillFormUsing(function() {
        // ...
    })
    ->wizardSubmitFormUsing(function(array $state, \RalphJSmit\Filament\Onboard\Http\Livewire\Wizard $livewire) {
        auth()->user()->update($state['step_1']);
        // ...
        $livewire->redirectRoute('filament.pages.dashboard');
