### Run MongoosePush Docker container with HTTPS cert and key

Starts a MongoosePush Docker container from the prebuilt image, mounting the local priv and var directories and setting the HTTPS certificate and key file environment variables. Requires the priv directory with certificates and FCM token, and a var directory with an optional config file.

  -v `pwd`/var:/opt/app/var \
  -e PUSH_HTTPS_CERTFILE="/opt/app/priv/ssl/rest_cert.pem" \
