This example demonstrates how to calculate the grams of 5-MeO-DMT freebase needed for 10 grams of solution at different target concentrations (5%, 10%, 20%).

```text
Target concentration| Target amount| Grams needed
---|---|---
5%| 5 x 10g ÷ 100 =| 0.5g Jaguar
10%| 10 x 10g ÷ 100 =| 1.0g Jaguar
20%| 20 x 10g ÷ 100 =| 2.0g Jaguar
```
