### Complete G3DControl Get Started Example (XAML + C#)

Source: https://eremexcontrols.net/controls/graphics3dcontrol/get-started-with-graphics3dcontrol

Complete code for the G3DControl_Get_Started sample: the XAML window declares a Graphics3DControl with an IsometricCamera and ShowAxes="True", while the code-behind adds SimplePbrMaterial instances and builds a GeometryModel3D with two triangles and a square using MeshGeometry3D and Vertex3D. The FillType property defaults to Triangles, so setting it is optional. Run the application and use mouse and keyboard to pan, zoom, and rotate the 3D model.

```XAML
### Example - Point Series View ViewModel and Data Generation
Source: https://eremexcontrols.net/controls/charts/cartesian-series-views/point-series-view
C# code for the MainWindowViewModel and SeriesViewModel used in the example. It generates 7000 random points with a normal distribution using a ScatterDataAdapter and exposes a Color property for the series view.
```C#
using CommunityToolkit.Mvvm.ComponentModel;
using Eremex.AvaloniaUI.Charts;
using System.Collections.Generic;
using System;
using Avalonia.Media;
using Avalonia;

namespace ChartPointSeriesView.ViewModels;

public partial class MainWindowViewModel : ViewModelBase
{
    [ObservableProperty] SeriesViewModel pointSeriesVM1;

    public MainWindowViewModel()
    {
        PointSeriesVM1 = new()
        {
            Color = Color.FromUInt32(0xffa24f46),
            DataAdapter = GenerateRandomData()
        };
    }

    private static Random random = new Random();
    private static double GenerateNormalValue(double mean, double stdDev)
    {
        double u1 = 1.0 - random.NextDouble();
        double u2 = 1.0 - random.NextDouble();
        double randStdNormal = Math.Sqrt(-2.0 * Math.Log(u1)) * Math.Sin(2.0 * Math.PI * u2);
        return mean + stdDev * randStdNormal;
    }

    public static ScatterDataAdapter GenerateRandomData()
    {
        int count = 7000;
        double xMean= 50, xStdDev= 10, yMean = 20, yStdDev = 5;
        List<double> args = new List<double>();
        List<double> values = new List<double>();
        for(int i = 0; i < count; i++)
        {
            double x = GenerateNormalValue(xMean, xStdDev);
            double y = GenerateNormalValue(yMean, yStdDev);
            args.Add(x);
            values.Add(y);
        }
        return new ScatterDataAdapter(args, values);
    }
}

public partial class SeriesViewModel : ObservableObject
{
    [ObservableProperty] Color color;
    [ObservableProperty] ScatterDataAdapter dataAdapter;
}

### MainWindowViewModel.cs - Lollipop Series Data Setup

Source: https://eremexcontrols.net/controls/charts/cartesian-series-views/lollipop-series-view

ViewModel for the Lollipop Series View example. It creates a PointSeriesVM with a FormulaDataAdapter that generates data from a static array of values. The adapter uses the MyFunc delegate to map arguments to values.

```csharp
// MainWindowViewModel.cs
using CommunityToolkit.Mvvm.ComponentModel;
using Eremex.AvaloniaUI.Charts;
using System;
using System.Collections.Generic;
namespace ChartLollipopSeriesView.ViewModels
{
    public partial class MainWindowViewModel : ViewModelBase
    {
        static double[] values = new double[] { 1, 2, 2.6, 2.5, 2, 1.3, 0.7, -0.3, 0, 1, 1.6, 2.4, 2.8, 3.2, 2.95, 3 };
        static double MyFunc(double argument) => values[(int)argument % values.Length];
        [ObservableProperty] SeriesViewModel pointSeriesVM1;
        public MainWindowViewModel()
        {
            PointSeriesVM1 = new()
            {
                DataAdapter = new FormulaDataAdapter(0, 1, values.Length, MyFunc)
            };
        }
    }
    public partial class SeriesViewModel : ObservableObject
    {
        [ObservableProperty] ISeriesDataAdapter dataAdapter;
    }
}
```

### Define Ribbon Page Groups in XAML

Source: https://eremexcontrols.net/controls/ribbon/page-groups

Adds RibbonPageGroup objects between the RibbonPage start and end tags. Each group has a Header and IsHeaderButtonVisible property. The example shows File, Clipboard, Font groups; note the closing tag is mislabeled as </mxr:RibbonPageGroup> in the source.

```xml
<mxr:RibbonPage Header="Home" KeyTip="H" Name="pageHome">
    <mxr:RibbonPageGroup Header="File" IsHeaderButtonVisible="True">
        <!-- ... -->
    </mxr:RibbonPageGroup>
    <mxr:RibbonPageGroup Header="Clipboard" IsHeaderButtonVisible="True">
        <!-- ... -->
    </mxr:RibbonPageGroup>
    <mxr:RibbonPageGroup Header="Font" IsHeaderButtonVisible="True">
        <!-- ... -->
    </mxr:RibbonPageGroup>
    <!-- ... -->
</mxr:RibbonPageGroup>
```

--------------------------------

### Modify Source Objects with FocusedItem and GetSourceItemByVisibleRowIndex

Source: https://eremexcontrols.net/controls/datagrid/cells

Demonstrates retrieving and modifying underlying data objects. FocusedItem gets the source object for the focused row, and GetSourceItemByVisibleRowIndex returns the source object by a row's visible index. Both examples cast the returned object to a specific type and modify its properties.

```csharp
// Example 1: Update the focused item's property
EmployeeInfo emp = dataGrid.FocusedItem as EmployeeInfo;
if (emp != null)
{
    emp.HiredDate = DateTime.Today;
}
// Example 2: Retrieve and modify an item by a row's visible index
var item = dataGrid.GetSourceItemByVisibleRowIndex(2) as Product;
if (item != null)
{
    item.UnitsInStock--;
}
```

--------------------------------

### CameraPointLight C# example

Source: https://eremexcontrols.net/controls/graphics3dcontrol/light

Creates a CameraPointLight in code, sets its Radius to 10 and Color to Coral, then adds it to the Lights collection. Requires the Eremex.AvaloniaUI.Controls3D namespace.

```C#
using Eremex.AvaloniaUI.Controls3D;
CameraPointLight myLight = new CameraPointLight();
myLight.Radius = 10;
myLight.Color = Avalonia.Media.Colors.Coral;
g3DControl.Lights.Add(myLight);
```

--------------------------------

### Specify Panel Contents with DockPane.Content

Source: https://eremexcontrols.net/controls/docking/get-started-with-docking

Define the content of a DockPane in XAML by placing elements between the start and end <mxd:DockPane> tags. The example shows a search panel with a Grid layout, a ButtonEditor for search input with toggle buttons for match case and whole word, a replace button, and a TextBlock for no results. Requires the mxd, mxe, and mxi XML namespaces.

```xaml
xmlns:mxd="https://schemas.eremexcontrols.net/avalonia/docking"
xmlns:mxe="https://schemas.eremexcontrols.net/avalonia/editors"
xmlns:mxi="https://schemas.eremexcontrols.net/avalonia/icons"
<mxd:DockPane Header="Search">
    <Grid RowDefinitions="Auto *">
        <StackPanel>
            <mxe:ButtonEditor Watermark="Search" Margin="5">
                <mxe:ButtonEditor.Buttons>
                    <mxe:ButtonSettings ToolTip.Tip="Match case"
                                        Glyph="{x:Static mxi:Filter.Starts_with }"
                                        ButtonKind="Toggle"/>
                    <mxe:ButtonSettings ToolTip.Tip="Match whole word"
                                        Glyph="{x:Static mxi:Painting.Report_text_column }"
                                        ButtonKind="Toggle"/>
                </mxe:ButtonEditor.Buttons>
            </mxe:ButtonEditor>
            <mxe:ButtonEditor Watermark="Replace" Margin="5"/>
        </StackPanel>
        <TextBlock Grid.Row="1"
                    Text="No search results available"
                    TextWrapping="Wrap"
                    TextAlignment="Center"
                    HorizontalAlignment="Center"
                    VerticalAlignment="Center"/>
    </Grid>
</mxd:DockPane>
Initializes the three series in the MainWindowViewModel constructor. Populates SortedDateTimeDataAdapter objects with 12 monthly points and a SortedNumericDataAdapter with 365 daily points, then creates BarSeries1, BarSeries2, and LineSeries with specified colors and data adapters.
```csharp
public partial class MainWindowViewModel : ViewModelBase
{
    public MainWindowViewModel()
    {
        //Init data
        var random = new Random(4);
        var random2 = new Random(0);

        var startDate = new DateTime(DateTime.Now.Year, 1, 1);
        SortedDateTimeDataAdapter barSeries1DataAdapter = new();
        SortedDateTimeDataAdapter barSeries2DataAdapter = new();
        SortedNumericDataAdapter lineSeriesDataAdapter = new();
        for (int i = 0; i < 12; i++)
        {
            var argument = startDate.AddMonths(i);
            barSeries1DataAdapter.Add(argument, random.NextDouble() * 100 - 30);
            barSeries2DataAdapter.Add(argument, random.NextDouble() * 100 - 30);
        }
        double startValue = 20;
        for (int i = 0; i < 365; i++)
        {
            var argument = i;
            var value = startValue + (random2.NextDouble() - 0.5) * 10;
            lineSeriesDataAdapter.Add(argument, value);
            startValue = value;
        }
        // Create data series
        BarSeries1 = new() { Color = Color.FromArgb(255, 0, 120, 122), DataAdapter = barSeries1DataAdapter };
        BarSeries2 = new() { Color = Color.FromArgb(255, 0, 170, 110), DataAdapter = barSeries2DataAdapter };
