### CSV import example format Source: https://econumo.com/docs/user-guide/csv-import-export Example CSV format for importing transactions into Econumo. The file must be comma-separated and include the columns Date, Amount, and Account name; optional columns are Category, Description, Tags, and Payee. Amounts are positive for income and negative for expenses, and the spent_at column uses the format "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS". ```csv account_name,category,description,tag,payee,amount,spent_at "Credit Card",Groceries,,,Costco,-500,"2026-01-04 13:01:32" "Credit Card",Gas,,,Chevron,-50,"2026-01-04 13:01:51" "Credit Card",Gifts,,,Costco,-100,"2026-01-04 13:03:51" "Credit Card","Car Service",,car,,-150,"2026-01-04 13:04:51" Cash,,,,,500,"2026-01-04 12:59:09" Cash,Salary,,,,5000,"2026-01-04 13:02:17" Cash,,"Transfer of 1000 USD to Savings",,,-1000,"2026-01-04 13:04:07" Savings,,"Transfer of 1000 USD from Cash",,,1000,"2026-01-04 13:04:07" Savings,,,,,20000,"2026-01-04 13:01:01" ``` -------------------------------- ### Enable debug logging and stack traces in .env Source: https://econumo.com/docs/self-hosting/debug Set ECONUMO_LOG_LEVEL=debug and ECONUMO_DEBUG=true in your .env file to get more detail and stack traces in 500 responses. Restart the container to apply. Keep ECONUMO_DEBUG off (default) on public instances to avoid exposing internals. ```dotenv # in your .env ECONUMO_LOG_LEVEL=debug ECONUMO_DEBUG=true ``` -------------------------------- ### Currency management commands Source: https://econumo.com/docs/self-hosting/cli-commands Currency management commands: add a currency with code, optional name, and optional fraction digits, and load exchange rates from Open Exchange Rates (optional date, defaults to today). Replace 'econumo_db' with the actual volume name. ```bash docker compose stop econumo docker run --rm -v econumo_db:/data -v "$PWD":/backup alpine \ cp /data/db.sqlite /backup/db-$(date +%F).sqlite docker compose start econumo ``` -------------------------------- ### User management commands Source: https://econumo.com/docs/self-hosting/cli-commands User management commands: create a user, change email/password, and activate or deactivate a user.
