Add this configuration to a .mcp.json file at the repo root. Claude Code expands ${VAR} from your environment, so set FUXUX_API_KEY beforehand.

```json
{
 "mcpServers": {
 "fuxux": {
 "type": "http",
 "url": "https://www.fuxux.com/api/mcp",
 "headers": {
 "Authorization": "Bearer ${FUXUX_API_KEY}"
 }
 }
 }
}
```

--------------------------------

### Configure Fuxux MCP for Claude Desktop with mcp-remote

Source: https://www.fuxux.com/mcp/docs

Use the mcp-remote bridge (requires Node.js) in claude_desktop_config.json. Keeping the header in env avoids a known problem with spaces in arguments on Windows.

```json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "fuxux": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": [
        "-y",
        "mcp-remote",
        "https://www.fuxux.com/api/mcp",
        "--header",
        "Authorization:${AUTH_HEADER}"
      ],
      "env": {
        "AUTH_HEADER": "Bearer fx_live_your_key_here"
      }
    }
  }
}
### POST /api/mcp
Source: https://www.fuxux.com/mcp/docs
The MCP server endpoint for connecting MCP clients like Claude, Cursor, or Manus. It accepts JSON-RPC requests via POST and supports authentication via OAuth sign-in or API key.
Connect your MCP client to Fuxux to list accounts, draft, schedule, and publish posts to connected platforms, and check the queue.
### Method
POST
### Endpoint
https://www.fuxux.com/api/mcp
### Authentication
Two methods are supported:
- **Sign in (no key)**: Add the endpoint with no header. The client opens Fuxux in your browser, you sign in and allow access. Standard MCP authorization (OAuth 2.1 with PKCE). Server metadata at `/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server`. Access tokens last an hour and are refreshed.
- **API key**: Send your key on every request. Keys start with `fx_live_`, are shown once, and last until revoked. Requires a paid plan with the API add-on ($5/month).
### Request
Send JSON-RPC requests via POST. There is no SSE stream; GET returns 405.
```

--------------------------------

### Schedule a post with create_post in plain language

Source: https://www.fuxux.com/blog/how-to-schedule-social-media-posts-with-mcp

Ask the assistant to schedule a post with per-platform captions. The agent calls create_post with one caption per platform. Including a time sets scheduled_at; asking for a draft sets draft: true; if neither is given, the post publishes immediately. Specify the time zone and name the account when multiple are connected.

```text
Schedule a post for next Tuesday at 9:00 Madrid time on LinkedIn and Bluesky.
LinkedIn: three short paragraphs about our new onboarding flow, no hashtags.
Bluesky: one sentence under 300 characters with the same point.
Save it as a draft first and show me both captions.
```

--------------------------------

### Add Fuxux server with API key

Source: https://www.fuxux.com/gemini

For machines without a browser. Create a key on the API keys page in Fuxux. Gemini CLI stores it in its settings file, so keep that file private.

```bash
gemini mcp add --transport http --header "Authorization: Bearer fx_live_your_key_here" fuxux https://www.fuxux.com/api/mcp
```

--------------------------------

### Add Fuxux MCP server with header

Source: https://www.fuxux.com/claude-code

The key is sent on every request. Use this command to add the server with an Authorization header.

```bash
claude mcp add --transport http fuxux https://www.fuxux.com/api/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer $FUXUX_API_KEY"
```

--------------------------------

### create_post

Source: https://www.fuxux.com/docs/mcp

Publishes now, schedules with `scheduled_at`, or saves a draft with `draft: true`. `targets` picks accounts; captions can differ per platform.

```APIDOC
## create_post
### Description
Publishes now, schedules with `scheduled_at`, or saves a draft with `draft: true`. `targets` picks accounts; captions can differ per platform.
      }
    ]
  },
  "id": 1
}
```
```
--------------------------------
### Log in to Fuxux via Codex MCP
Source: https://www.fuxux.com/codex
Opens your browser to sign in to Fuxux and choose Allow access. Requires the server to be added first.
```bash

--------------------------------

### Check Fuxux connection with whoami and list_connected_accounts

Source: https://www.fuxux.com/blog/how-to-schedule-social-media-posts-with-mcp

Ask the assistant this prompt to verify the API key and see which social accounts are connected. The client calls the whoami tool (confirms key and plan) and list_connected_accounts (returns allowed accounts). A 401 means the key is wrong or revoked; a 403 means the API add-on is not active.

```text
Use Fuxux to check who I am and list my connected accounts.
```

--------------------------------

### Add Fuxux MCP server with API key in mcp.json

Source: https://www.fuxux.com/kimi

Configure the Fuxux MCP server in ~/.kimi-code/mcp.json (or a project's .kimi-code/mcp.json) using an API key. The key is stored in the file, so keep it private. You can also add it from the /mcp-config menu.

```json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "fuxux": {
      "url": "https://www.fuxux.com/api/mcp",
      "headers": {
        "Authorization": "Bearer fx_live_your_key_here"
      }
    }
  }
}
```

--------------------------------

### Add Fuxux server manually to Gemini CLI

Source: https://www.fuxux.com/gemini

Writes the server to your Gemini CLI settings. Sign-in works the same way as with the extension.

```bash
gemini mcp add --transport http fuxux https://www.fuxux.com/api/mcp
```

--------------------------------

### get_post

      }
    ]
  },
  "id": 1
}
```
```

--------------------------------

### Configure Fuxux MCP server with API key in config.toml

Source: https://www.fuxux.com/codex

Adds the Fuxux MCP server to config.toml using a bearer token from the FUXUX_API_KEY environment variable. Codex reads the key from the variable and sends it as a bearer token, so the key is not stored in the file.

```toml
[mcp_servers.fuxux]
url = "https://www.fuxux.com/api/mcp"
bearer_token_env_var = "FUXUX_API_KEY"
```

--------------------------------

### Add Fuxux MCP server with API key

Source: https://www.fuxux.com/hermes

Alternative config for servers without a browser: create a key on the Fuxux API keys page and use it in headers instead of auth: oauth. The key is stored in the file, so keep it private.

```yaml
mcp_servers:
  fuxux:
    url: "https://www.fuxux.com/api/mcp"
    headers:
      Authorization: "Bearer
```

--------------------------------

### Add Fuxux MCP server with API key

Source: https://www.fuxux.com/hermes

Alternative config for servers without a browser. Uses a Fuxux API key in the Authorization header instead of auth: oauth. The key is stored in the file, so keep it private.

```yaml
mcp_servers:
  fuxux:
    url: "https://www.fuxux.com/api/mcp"
    headers:
      Authorization: "Bearer fx_live_your_key_here"
```

--------------------------------

### Add Fuxux MCP server to Cursor mcp.json

Source: https://www.fuxux.com/cursor

Configure the Fuxux MCP server in Cursor's mcp.json, either globally at ~/.cursor/mcp.json or in a project's .cursor/mcp.json. The Authorization header uses the FUXUX_API_KEY environment variable.

```json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "fuxux": {
      "url": "https://www.fuxux.com/api/mcp",
      "headers": {
        "Authorization": "Bearer ${env:FUXUX_API_KEY}"
      }
    }
  }
}
```

--------------------------------

### List connected Fuxux accounts via Codex MCP

Source: https://www.fuxux.com/codex

Lists configured MCP servers. Use this to verify the connection, then ask "list my connected accounts in Fuxux" inside Codex. Connect your social accounts in Fuxux first.

```bash
codex mcp list
```

--------------------------------

### Add Fuxux MCP server without header in mcp.json

Source: https://www.fuxux.com/kimi

Use the same entry with only the url when signing in with your Fuxux account. No key needed, so it works on the Free plan.

```json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "fuxux": { "url": "https://www.fuxux.com/api/mcp" }
  }
}
```

--------------------------------

### Sign in to Fuxux via Hermes MCP login

Source: https://www.fuxux.com/hermes

Runs the Hermes MCP login command for the fuxux server. Opens Fuxux in the browser to sign in and choose Allow access.

```bash
hermes mcp login fuxux
```

--------------------------------

### Create a post with captions and schedule using curl

Source: https://www.fuxux.com/docs/api

Creates a post with per-platform captions and an optional scheduled time. Leave out `scheduled_at` to publish now, or send `draft: true` to save a draft. Attach media with `media_urls` from `POST /api/media/upload`.

```bash
curl -X POST https://www.fuxux.com/api/posts \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer fx_live_your_key_here" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{
    "captions": {
      "linkedin": "We just shipped RSS auto-posting: every new blog post now shares itself.",
      "bluesky": "RSS auto-posting is live."
    },
