### Build laravel-package CLI from source

Maps package vendor slugs to their desired namespace casing. Entries are looked up per whole slug, case-insensitively; unlisted slugs fall back to studly casing. This file is shared with filament-plugin-cli and is read from ~/.package/vendornamespace.json.
